Caerus Holding, a renowned F&B group known for introducing international brands and experiences to Singapore, is opening a brand-new multi-concept restaurant. Designed to cater to the tastes of everyone, this multi-experience restaurant still maintains the identity of its three unique brands. The spacious 61-seater establishment offers an array of dining ambiences, from indoor cosy seatings to alfresco areas reminiscent of a coastal lobster shack.
What’s more, the restaurant’s wood panelling and furnishings are made from trees that were cleared during Mandai’s construction, giving the space an added touch of sustainability.
Families with younger ones are in for a treat as well! A children’s play area containing beanbags, pouffes, and a canopy recreates a fun camping experience while parents can enjoy their meals.

There’s also the crowd-favourite cruffins with original recipes, including Pistachio Cream, Cheesy Spinach Artichoke, Raspberry Cheesecake, or the outlet-exclusive Fruity Pebble Donut (S$5.50) – be sure to give that a try when you stop by!
Lunchtime offerings at Mandai Wildlife West will hardly get better than at Luke’s Lobster. Find delight in their scrumptious selections of Lobster, Crab, and Shrimp Rolls, made with the finest ingredients to tantalise your tastebuds.
Make sure to try their Warm Lobster Roll (S$25.50), a fan favourite of 4 ounces of lobster knuckle and claw meat warmed and seasoned with butter, lemon, and a sprinkle of secret seasonings. For toastie lovers, there are also the Crab and Lobster Grilled Cheese Sandwiches (priced at S$17.90 and S$18.90 respectively) to go for!
In the meantime, you can treat the kids to the Grilled Cheese Sandwich and Tomato Soup set (S$10) — made specially at the Mandai Wildlife West outlet.
Lastly, beat the heat with Leckerbaer’s unique home-made Ice Cream Puffs (priced at S$8.50 onwards), filled with luscious vanilla pastry cream topped with your choice of matcha, coconut, or passion fruit ice cream or sorbet. These baked choux puffs are exclusive to Mandai Wildlife West and are prepared fresh daily, ensuring you always get the most optimal taste each time you visit.
Speaking of ice cream, Leckerbaer also have ice-cream sandwiches (S$7.00 each) on the menu, with outlet-exclusive flavours such as the chocolate and coconut concoction Bounty, the velvety Chocolate, sweet and tart Raspberry & Hibiscus, and more!
Leckerbaer’s other range of delights also features Danish Butter Cookies (Småkager) and S’mores, ensuring that there’s something for everyone’s sweet tooth.
