Fat Cow’s The Ultimate Wagyu Experience

Welcome to Fat Cow – the name really does say it all, doesn’t it? This Father’s Day, Fat Cow is giving the chance to try “The Ultimate Wagyu Experience”. I don’t know if it’s a dad thing, but all fathers seem to have a crazy obsession with Wagyu, so this is the perfect place to give your dad a great time!

This experience will give you and your dad a five-course dinner that will blow you away! Over the course of the meal, you can expect to be treated to a meal featuring the most premium beef and seasonal delicacies! The menu boasts dishes like the Charcoal-Grilled Toriyama Umami Wagyu Steak with Fat Rice – a dish with the most tender and flavourful beef that’s been fired over binchotan, Japanese white charcoal. 

The Wagyu is served over fluffy short-grain rice mixed with Japanese soya sauce, rendered with Wagyu beef fat and a dash of truffle oil. Is your mouth watering?

What better way to celebrate your father than to take them out to a nice drink at LeVeL 33 – take in the gorgeous view as you spoil them with an equally delicious meal! Make your way down (or up, in this case) to LeVeL33 and try their unique ContemBrewery Cuisine, where they incorporate beer into their dishes.

Indulge in their Beer Batter Japanese Oysters (S$42++ for ½ dozen, S$79++ for 1 dozen), paired with creamy miso aioli, sweet wakame salad and decadent Avruga caviar! If you’re looking for something more family-friendly, try their Dry Aged Little Joe Ribeye on the Bone (S$288++), a whole kilogram of Ribeye that can feed up to 3 or 4 people – just picture that! The beef is 100% pasture-fed, so you already know it’s going to be the most tender and fresh piece of beef you’ve ever eaten.

If there’s anything dads enjoy more than premium beef, it’s a nice, cold beer. So cheers to Dad with LeVeL 33’s in-house brewery, where they’re offering one-for-one beers!

I told you we’d provide a range of cuisines you can’t resist! Enter 21 on Rajah to the stage this Father’s Day. For this special day, 21 on Rajah is switching things up and introducing a specially crafted Italian and Spanish-themed buffet spread for you to enjoy to your heart’s content!

With a whopping over 90 dishes to choose from, 21 on Rajah doesn’t play around. The menu features dishes like their Moroccan Braised Lamb Shank. From our past experiences at 21 on Rajah, we’ve already established that they live by the “go big or go home” mantra—and that’s exactly what they’ve chosen to do, yet again! This dish is an entire rack of lamb shank served with fragrant basmati rice, adorned with sweet sultanas. 

Besides that, their menu includes dishes like the Smoked Duck Salad with Rockmelon, Fresh Seafood on Ice and Sauteéd Mussels in Herbed Cream Sauce – they sure are pulling out all the stops this Father’s Day. No meal is complete without dessert, so try out their range of assorted cakes, Nonya Kuehs and Chocolate Fountain before you head off!

This year, prepare for an unforgettable Father’s Day bash at Edge – who is giving us not one, not two, but three Father’s Day specials! Dive into a feast for Father’s Day Dinner, Father’s Day Saturday and Sunday Brunch at Edge.

What says “Happy Father’s Day” more than treating him to a meal with both a grill and carving station where you can go ham over assorted sausages and lamb? With 28 different courses to choose from and delights from all over the world, a celebration at Edge is an experience like no other!

You’ll be delighted to know that both Saturday and Sunday Father’s Day Brunches come with free-flow alcoholic drinks like Red and White Wines, Champagnes, House Spirits, and Beers (the list goes on and on).

YÀN

If your family is anything like mine, and they enjoy celebrating occasions like this across generations as a table of 10, YÀN is the restaurant for you! It’s the perfect place and cuisine that’ll leave everyone’s heart as full as their stomachs.

As a Father’s Day special, YÀN is introducing a 6-course Signature menu (S$168.80++ per person; minimum 2 persons) and an 8-course Celebratory Menu (S$128.80++ per person; minimum 4 persons). Here, you and your family can look forward to trying dishes like their signature Roasted Peking Duck. The dish is served with Chinese Pancakes, Cucumbers, and Spring Onions—a staple at any traditional Chinese gathering. 

If you want to go all out, try YÀN’s Braised Ten-Head Whole Australian Dried Abalone (an additional $50++ per person). They soak the dry Australian abalone for two to three days before braising it in a rich stock for another two to three days – flavourful doesn’t even describe this dish.

If you’re more adventurous, you could opt to try the Durian Lapis tea, a blend of black tea with a pinch of spice and freeze-dried durian.
