This is your guide to race season around the Formula 1 Singapore Airlines Singapore Grand Prix 2026 on 9 to 11 October, down to the ticket choice you can’t undo. It’s for fans still torn between a walkabout pass and a grandstand, and for anyone without a ticket who wants a slice of race week anyway.

A Heartland Race Night in Woodlands
Race promoter Singapore GP is running the fifth edition of #RevUpSG. The series brings big-screen Formula 1 (F1) watch parties to the heartlands, the Housing and Development Board (HDB) estates where most Singaporeans live. Bedok started things off in August with 1,000 community-priced race tickets, and Toa Payoh had its turn on 12 and 13 September.
That leaves Kampung Admiralty on 25 and 26 September 2026, screening the Formula 1 Qatar Airways Azerbaijan Grand Prix 2026. The race in Baku runs on a Saturday this year, so lights go out at 7pm on Saturday, 26 September. That’s early enough for the kids, and you still get all of Sunday to recover.
Friday runs from 12.30pm to 10pm, with qualifying on the big screen at 8pm. Saturday opens at the same time and builds through #RevUpSG Trivia at 6pm to the race at 7pm, with everyone packed up by 9pm.
There’s plenty to do between sessions. You’ll find reaction-based games, a first look at the official 2026 Singapore Grand Prix merchandise, and a beIN SPORTS Asia booth where kids can play F1 commentator. Prizes include LEGO sets, F1 Exhibition tickets, and places on the Thursday Pit Lane Experience.
Singapore GP wants you to bring your own car, card, and chair, and each one has a job. A model car gets you into the Ready, Set, Race! contest. A postcard to your favourite driver could reach them during race week. The chair? That’s for your legs, through a whole Grand Prix.
Kampung Admiralty, at 676 Woodlands Drive 71, sits beside Admiralty MRT station on the North-South Line (MRT, or Mass Rapid Transit, is Singapore’s metro). Pick Saturday: trivia as a warm-up, then a real race, and you’re home by 9pm. Friday suits kids who’d rather hog the commentator booth than sit through qualifying.

Milky Chance’s First Show in Asia
German indie-pop duo Milky Chance make their Asian debut at the Singapore Grand Prix on Friday, 9 October 2026, at 9.30pm in Zone 4 Downtown. Their breakout 2013 single Stolen Dance has passed two billion Spotify streams, and Dua Lipa covered it in 2025. Expect a lot of the crowd to know the chorus.
The duo are childhood friends Clemens Rehbein and Phillipp Dausch, and they’ve been independent since 2021. They’re using Singapore to launch wider Asian touring from 2027, and Camouflage, their 2025 single, is the track they’re pushing in the region. “This will not only be our first time there, but also our first time in Asia as a band,” the duo said.
Last year we ran down the full 2025 entertainment line-up. This year’s bill puts Milky Chance alongside The Killers, Lana Del Rey, and Zara Larsson.
Every race ticket includes the Zone 4 stages, so the cheapest way in is a Friday Zone 4 Walkabout from S$198. The Padang side of Zone 4 is a short walk from City Hall MRT station on the North-South and East-West Lines.
If you want one cheap night at the circuit, make it this one. Friday is the lowest-priced day of the weekend, and with a 9.30pm start you have the whole evening to roam the Zone 4 platforms first.

Ollie Bearman Hits Orchard Road
Five days before the Grand Prix, a current F1 driver is turning up at a pet brand’s pop-up. Ollie Bearman is the young British driver who debuted as a Ferrari stand-in in 2024 and now races for Haas. He appears at VETRESKA‘s motorsport-themed pop-up at ION Orchard on Tuesday, 6 October 2026.
The pop-up runs from 3 to 11 October at L1 Outdoor, ION2, with racetrack-themed photo walls. VETRESKA is launching its Circuit Collection of motorsport-inspired pet accessories in Singapore there, and Bearman’s dog Ruby has already modelled the range.
If you’re holding a Zone 4 ticket, the date matters more than the merch. That pass keeps you out of the pit-side and driver areas at Marina Bay, so a mall appearance is your best shot at getting near a driver during race week. Bearman’s slot is billed as a special event, so check ION Orchard’s website for updates before you head down.
The pop-up is part of Live the Race, ION Orchard’s race-season programme from 15 September to 13 October. Your other stop is the VISA x TUDOR x HUGO space in the L1 Atrium from 1 to 11 October, where the payment network, the Swiss watchmaker, and the fashion label are teaming up again.
ION⁺ Rewards members get extra during race week. From 7 to 13 October, the first 50 members each day to spend S$50 earn 10 points (S$4 in e-vouchers), and the first 50 to spend S$500 earn 100 points (S$40). The Lifestyle Pack of brand perks is easier to land. Wear a race team jersey, show your Singapore Grand Prix ticket stub, or share a photo from the race pop-ups, then claim it through the ION Orchard app at the B1 or L4 Concierge Counter.
ION Orchard sits directly above Orchard MRT station on the North-South and Thomson-East Coast Lines. If Bearman is the reason you’re going, arrive early, because a driver in a mall draws a crowd fast. Save the team jersey for a race-week visit, when it can bag you the Lifestyle Pack.

Last Call for the BABYMONSTER Gift
On 29 and 30 August, adidas took over Orchard Road for adidas Orchard Ignition, a two-day event with the Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS F1 Team and K-pop group BABYMONSTER. adidas lined up a guided tour of the team’s garage and hot laps along the roughly 600m stretch from Paragon to TANGS at Tang Plaza. There was a fan festival at Design Orchard too, with Singapore artists Benjamin Kheng and Iman Fandi.
adidas billed the hot laps as Singapore’s first live race car demo in more than a decade, with BABYMONSTER leading the flag-off. Its named driver was Fred Vesti. The Danish Mercedes reserve driver won six races in Formula 2, F1’s feeder series, in 2023 on his way to finishing runner-up.
The takeover is over, but one part of it is still going. Until Thursday, 17 September 2026, adidas shoppers get an exclusive BABYMONSTER gift with selected purchases. That’s this Thursday.

1-for-1 Drinks at Marina Centre
Stags Head Steakhouse at Pan Pacific Singapore is expecting some of the year’s biggest crowds in Marina Centre. It’s serving all day from Friday, 9 October to Sunday, 11 October 2026. The Dining Room and Library Bar & Lounge open at 11.30am, and last seating moves later, to 10.30pm.
The deal to plan around is 1-for-1 Happy Hour from 3pm to 7pm every day, weekend included, on beers, ciders, cocktails, and wines. Buy a drink and you get the chef’s choice of sliders free. We’ve already covered the deal for fans without a race ticket, and during race week it’s even better value.
Steaks are grilled over charcoal and applewood, including an Australian F1 Wagyu Porterhouse (in Wagyu-speak, F1 means a first-generation crossbreed, a happy coincidence for race week). On Sunday, the British Sunday Roast runs at lunch and dinner. Pick from Chateaubriand, Dry-Aged Bone-In Sirloin, Dingley Dell Double Pork Chop, or Barnsley Lamb Chop, all with beef-fat roast potatoes, Yorkshire pudding, and gravy. The sharing cuts feed two to five people.
Head to Level 3, Pan Pacific Singapore, 7 Raffles Boulevard, a short walk from Promenade MRT station on the Circle and Downtown Lines. Stags Head strongly recommends booking ahead, and with those crowds, take the hint. With a walkabout ticket, the best-value slot is 3pm Happy Hour before the evening sessions. Groups should book Sunday Roast lunch ahead of the Grand Prix.

Pit Lane Ballot Closes Friday
This one has a deadline. Singapore GP’s ballot for the Thursday Pit Lane Experience closes at 11.59pm on Friday, 18 September 2026 (Singapore time). Winners walk the pit lane on Thursday, 8 October, before the circuit park opens for race weekend.
Up to 4,500 fans get to see the team garages and cars up close, then explore the Zone 1 F1 Village and its interactive activities that evening. Each winner receives a pair of tickets, so there are no more than 2,250 winning entries. Bring the friend you’d have dragged along anyway.
The ballot is open to Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents (PRs), and you don’t need a race ticket to enter. Entries go through the #RevUpSG page on Singapore GP’s website.
Zone 1 is the Pit Building end of the circuit, closest to Promenade MRT station. For Zone 4 ticket holders, nothing else in this guide gets you into the pit lane. Two minutes on the form buys a shot at somewhere your ticket can’t take you.

Claptone, 57 Floors Above the Track
AFTER 2049 takes over the Marina Bay Sands SkyPark Observation Deck on Friday, 9 October 2026. It’s the official closing party of TOKEN2049 Singapore, a digital assets conference on 7 and 8 October. Once a year the deck closes to the public for this party, and the circuit runs right below it.
Headliner Claptone is the German house producer behind the golden beak mask and white gloves. He runs the Golden Recordings label and The Masquerade parties, including residencies at Pacha in Ibiza. Madrid’s Crusy, who broke through with his Toolroom debut SELECTA, joins him with returning acts ANONM and Leon (FR), plus Milam and Mo-Shi.
The sound comes from Polygon Live’s 360-degree spatial audio rig, which sends parts of each track around and over the crowd. It’s Polygon Live’s one production in Southeast Asia this year. First Release tickets are on sale exclusively through Megatix, and capacity is limited.
Marina Bay Sands is above Bayfront MRT station on the Circle and Downtown Lines. It’s the same night as Milky Chance’s 9.30pm set, so you’ll have to pick. Choose the rooftop for house music with the circuit lit up below you. Choose Zone 4 if you’d rather hear the cars while you sing along.

Five City Malls Go Racing
CapitaLand’s Race To Indulgence 2026: The City Edition turns five city-centre malls into a race-season trail until Sunday, 11 October 2026. Bugis Town (Bugis Junction and Bugis+), CQ @ Clarke Quay, Funan, Plaza Singapura, and Raffles City Singapore each have their own pop-ups, plus F1 experiences and shopping and dining rewards to win.
Funan has the car. Audi and adidas bring the R26 F1 show car there with interactive activities. INNERDRIVE 2026 powered by MEURAKI sets up there as well, and at Plaza Singapura it adds meet-and-greets with Singapore athletes.
Raffles City Singapore has the adidas x Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS F1 Team pop-up and its Singapore-exclusive Vanda Bloom collection. In the same mall, Breitling runs pit-lane games and a driver meet-and-greet. At CQ @ Clarke Quay, Ray-Ban’s Beyond The Track pop-up brings the Ray-Ban x Scuderia Ferrari Collection with race-themed challenges and live music. Bugis Town’s official F1 merchandise pop-ups stock Mercedes AMG, Red Bull Racing, and Ferrari gear.
Start at Funan and walk over to Raffles City Singapore, since both sit by City Hall MRT station. One trip covers the show car and the Mercedes pop-up, and @rafflescitysg on Instagram will post the Breitling meet-and-greet details. Jersey hunters should add Bugis Town, because a team jersey gets you ION Orchard’s Lifestyle Pack.

1-Group’s Night Circuit Trail
Restaurant group 1-Group is running The Night Circuit from 2 to 11 October 2026. It’s a race-themed trail of dishes and drinks across seven of its venues for Grand Prix Season Singapore (GPSS). Prices carry “++”, local shorthand for service charge and goods and services tax (GST) added on top.
The best pick is free. 1-Altitude Coast on Sentosa pours a complimentary prosecco toast, Coastline Cheers, at sunset for guests who RSVP. Its Final Lap cocktail of vodka, Kahlúa, espresso, raspberry, and dark chocolate costs S$22++. At 1-Atico’s Atico Lounge, The Victory Lap is a flight of three martinis in a colour gradient for S$18++, the same price as one Redline cocktail at The Summerhouse.
Ferrari fans belong at MONTI. Its The Red Lap menu takes its cue from Maranello, Ferrari’s home town, and comes with a Marina Bay skyline view. The menu runs from Gnocco Fritto at S$21++ to Red Engine Braised Beef at S$52++ and Modena’s Chocolate Turbo at S$16++, with a Mugello wine pairing for S$58++.
Families can head up Mount Faber to The Alkaff Mansion, where Wildseed Café’s charcoal-honey Trackside latte costs S$7++. On 4 October, spend S$65++ and one child gets a free five-minute Little Explorers Ride around the mansion, with extra tickets at S$8 each.
RSVP for the sunset toast and go on 2 or 3 October, before race weekend packs out every rooftop in town.

A Free Festival at Clarke Quay
Music Matters Live is a free music festival at CQ @ Clarke Quay from Friday, 2 October to Sunday, 4 October 2026, a week before race weekend. It opens All That Matters, a six-day programme from Singapore events company BRANDED. The event started in 2006 as Music Matters and returns this year for its 21st edition.
After the festival weekend, the programme moves indoors. The All That Matters conference runs from 5 to 7 October at Hilton Singapore Orchard under the theme Where Culture Is Currency. More than 100 speakers and over 2,000 senior decision-makers from music, gaming, sport, and marketing will be there. Two speakers link it to race week: Singapore GP executive director Adam Firth and Cadillac F1 Team chief partnerships officer Willem Dinger.
Clarke Quay MRT station on the North East Line puts you right at the festival, and Ray-Ban’s Ferrari pop-up is in the same mall. For most readers the festival is the part to go to: it’s free and it runs all weekend. The conference is built for industry delegates, so leave it to people whose job titles already say “music” or “marketing”.

20% Off the F1 Exhibition
The F1 Exhibition in Singapore has a limited run that ends in October, with immersive displays and interactive exhibits for all ages. Local residents get 20% off every ticket category for the rest of the run, race weekend from 9 to 11 October included. Terms and conditions apply.
“Local residents” here means Singapore Citizens, PRs, and valid work pass holders. That makes it the one discount in this guide expats can use, since the pit lane ballot is for Citizens and PRs.
It’s the best pick here for families whose kids are too young for a late night at Marina Bay, and a decent fallback if the ballot doesn’t go your way. Exhibition tickets are among the #RevUpSG prizes at Kampung Admiralty, so try your luck there before you pay.

Singapore’s First Sprint Weekend
Formula 1 has put Singapore on its 2026 Sprint calendar, so this is the first Sprint weekend at Marina Bay. A Sprint is a shorter race with its own championship points. That means two races count this year: the Sprint on Saturday, 10 October and the Grand Prix on Sunday, 11 October. Friday has the weekend’s one practice session.
That second race is good news at this track. The street circuit’s walls make overtaking hard, so grid position tends to decide the podium, and the 2024 race was processional for long stretches. The Sprint gives drivers another shot at shaking up the order.
Singapore GP counted 300,641 people across the 2025 weekend, up 11.7% from 269,072 in 2024, and called it a sell-out. Expect crowds that size on every viewing platform and every train home. Check session times in the Singapore GP app before you settle on a single day.
Pick Your Zone, Then Pay
The circuit park is split into Zones 1 to 4, and the zone on your ticket decides where you can go. We laid out the same split for the 2023 race, and it still holds: Zone 4 Walkabout covers one zone, and Premier Walkabout covers all four.
Zone 4 Walkabout is the entry-level pass, with standing room on general-admission platforms in Zone 4. The Padang Stage and the other Zone 4 stages come with it. Checkpoints turn you back before Turn 1, though, and the Wharf Stage, F1 Village, and free Singapore Flyer rides aren’t included. Three days start from S$548, with single days from S$198 (Friday), S$298 (Saturday), and S$368 (Sunday).
Premier Walkabout opens all four zones. You get raised platforms near the first and last corners, at pit entry and exit, and at Turn 5, plus the Wharf Stage, F1 Village, and Flyer rides. Three days start from S$728, and single days from S$298, S$398, and S$498. By early September it was showing limited availability.
Want a reserved seat? Stamford Grandstand in Zone 4 starts from S$608 for three days, and Connaught and Empress start from S$738. None of the three gets you into Zones 1 to 3. Zone 1 grandstands open every zone: Bay from about S$1,428, Turn 1 from about S$1,698, and Pit and Turn 2 from around S$1,798. British tour operator Spectate Travel named Turn 1 and Super Pit the best grandstands of 2025.
The best buy is the three-day Premier Walkabout. It’s S$466 cheaper than buying the three days separately, and Connaught and Empress cost S$10 more for a single zone plus a seat. On a tighter budget, a Saturday Zone 4 Walkabout at S$298 gets you the Sprint for S$70 less than Sunday.
Walkabout crowding was the biggest gripe in 2025 Reddit threads from fans who went. Get to your platform hours before the session and chope your spot (Singlish for saving a place, traditionally with a packet of tissues).
Your zone is locked in the moment you pay, and no amount of charm at a checkpoint will change it.

The App Rules Nobody Reads
Your ticket lives in the Singapore GP app, and nowhere else. Screenshots and printouts get turned away, and it’s one ticket per person per day. You can leave and come back the same day as long as you scan out at an exit gate and scan in again.
Transfers are a one-way street. Once a friend accepts your ticket, it disappears from your app, and nobody can pass it on after it’s been scanned at entry. Tickets can’t be refunded or changed once confirmed, including those from official resellers such as Pelago. The terms make no exception for a session that’s red-flagged or cut short by a thunderstorm. Pack the poncho.
Stick to Singapore GP’s website or authorised resellers, because fake F1 tickets turn up on Carousell and Facebook. The in-app transfer is the one legitimate way to hand over a ticket. A seller offering you a screenshot is a scammer.
If You Only Do One Thing
Citizens and PRs, enter the Thursday Pit Lane Experience ballot before you do anything else here. It takes minutes, and it’s the one pick in this guide that could put you in the pit lane, where a Zone 4 pass never goes. Put it at the top of tonight’s to-do list.
If you’re paying for one thing, make it the three-day Premier Walkabout. It gets you every zone, both races, and the Friday stage where Milky Chance play for a fraction of a Zone 1 grandstand, and buying the same days one at a time costs far more. If that’s more than you can spend, the Saturday watch party at Kampung Admiralty gives you a real Grand Prix and a cheering heartland crowd for the cost of a train ride to Woodlands.
