Singapore GP 2026 Without a Ticket: 5 Big Screens to Watch On

No circuit ticket for the Formula 1 Singapore Airlines Singapore Grand Prix 2026 doesn’t mean a weekend spent squinting at a phone. From 9 to 11 October, five places across the island are putting the sessions on a big screen, from a hawker market in the Central Business District (CBD) to a basement at Changi Airport.

This guide is for anyone skipping the grandstands: the supper crowd, the heartland families, the friend group that wants a table and a pint. Everything else about race season sits in the Singapore Grand Prix 2026 guide.

The Session Times, in Singapore Time

Start with the clock, because every screening below hangs off it. These are the organiser’s timings from the Singapore GP on-track schedule, all in Singapore time.

SessionDayTime
First PracticeFri 9 Oct4.30pm to 5.30pm
Sprint QualifyingFri 9 Oct8.30pm to 9.14pm
SprintSat 10 Oct5pm to 5.30pm
QualifyingSat 10 Oct9pm to 10pm
RaceSun 11 Oct8pm to 10pm

Session times are the organiser’s and are marked “subject to change” on its pages, while each screening schedule belongs to the venue and can change too. A quick look at the venue’s own page before leaving home saves a wasted trip.

Lau Pa Sat: All Five Sessions

Lau Pa Sat is the only spot here whose own screening list covers the whole weekend. The hawker market says it’s showing the sessions live on two 130-inch screens from 9 to 11 October, with all five on its list at the same times as the organiser’s table. That includes the oddly precise 44 minutes of Sprint Qualifying on Friday night.

Friday is the evening to pick if there’s only one free. At 7.45pm on 9 October, a roving performance works its way through the market and ends by flagging off Sprint Qualifying. Somewhere in the middle of it, a surprise 20-minute Buy 1, Get 1 Free on Heineken 0.0 cans and Heineken pints runs at Kopi Kiosk, with the timing announced on site. Alcohol is only for guests aged 18 and above.

The side quests are decent as well. A Heineken race podium for photos stands at the Cross Street entrance, and slot-car racing with a live leaderboard runs all three days, where two cans of Heineken 0.0 earn a token. With more than 80 stalls, dinner sorts itself out, and Butter & Cream’s Midnight Checkered Flag Doffin is S$3.80 for anyone who wants dessert on theme.

The earlier eat, drink and shop round-up has more on the food deals, which have been running since 27 September. This one is for the fan who wants every session with satay in hand!

Our Tampines Hub: Free, No Registration

Easties, this is the easy one. F1 Celebration @ OTH runs from 8 to 11 October at Our Tampines Hub in Tampines, put together with Stradalé Singapore and supported by the Singapore Government Partnerships Office. Its two screenings are free, and no registration is required for any of the activities.

The screen is at the Festive Plaza main stage, and it carries the two sessions that matter most: Qualifying on Saturday, 10 October at 9pm and Race Day on Sunday, 11 October at 8pm. The hub lists both as “subject to actual race day timings”. Practice and the Sprint aren’t on its list, so Friday’s action needs another venue.

There’s more to do before lights out. A decommissioned F1 car is unveiled at Festive Walk West on 8 October from 6.30pm, and the Daytona Champion Simulator Ride opens there at the same time, then runs from 12pm on 9 to 11 October. The screenings are free and no registration is required.

Paulaner Brewery: The Audi Viewing

Paulaner Brewery hosts Public Race Viewing from 8 to 11 October as part of Audi Revolut F1 Team’s “The Art of Influence” programme. The team describes it as “featuring a co-branded venue transformation, dedicated broadcasts, limited-edition merchandise, and a venue-specific digital badge”. The rest of that programme is covered in the Audi R26 Singapore livery piece.

Check Audi Revolut F1 Team’s campaign hub at audif1.com before making plans. It suits Audi supporters and merchandise hunters, though everyone else has simpler options on this page.

Changi Airport: ST3PS in Terminal 3

Watching a night race at an airport sounds strange until the aircon and late-night food are factored in. Changi Airport is running F1 Race Screenings from 9 to 11 October, described as “a dedicated screening of the F1 qualifying and race sessions”.

There are two kinds of screen, and only one is open to everybody. The public spot is ST3PS in Terminal 3, Basement 2. The other screens are in selected TV Lounges in the transit areas of all four terminals, which are airside, so those are only for people who are flying.

The exact screening schedule lives on Changi’s own page, so look it up there before heading out, especially for Friday. It’s a smart stop for anyone with a flight that weekend or a home in the east, and a long ride for most others.

ARFC Woodleigh: Race Night by RSVP

The last screen is the most grown-up of the five. Chivas Regal is screening the Singapore Grand Prix with local motorsport community Singa.Pole at ARFC Woodleigh on Sunday, 11 October from 7pm, a full hour before the race starts at 8pm. The address is 48 Woodleigh Park (PUB Recreation Club), Singapore 357844.

An RSVP through @Singa.Pole is mandatory, so walk-ins shouldn’t count on a spot. The evening is built around Chivas 18 bottle packages and race-day serves by the glass, so expect to pay for drinks. It fits a group that wants a guaranteed evening among people who know their tyre strategies, and it covers the race only.

Which Screen to Pick

So which one gets the Sunday? For the whole weekend from Friday practice onwards, Lau Pa Sat is the only venue whose list names every session. For the east side, Our Tampines Hub and Changi Airport are both in reach, with Tampines the confirmed free option. For a drink-led night, it’s between Paulaner Brewery and ARFC Woodleigh, and Woodleigh is the one with a firm start time.

With a single evening to spend, make it Lau Pa Sat on Friday, 9 October. The 7.45pm performance, the Heineken surprise, and Sprint Qualifying at 8.30pm stack into one night out, and dinner is a few steps from the screen.

Wherever the weekend lands, timings can move, so keep the organiser’s Singapore GP session schedule open on race day and confirm the screening with the venue before setting off. Five screens, three nights, and no grandstand seat needed: that’s a race weekend sorted!
