The Enchanted Nutcracker: Bukit Batok Ballerinas

West Mall turns Bukit Batok into Nutcracker country from 13 November. The fun peaks on Festive Weekends from 21 November, with Santa meet and greets, balloon giveaways by Ballerinas and Toy Soldiers, Night Light Workshops, roving Ballerina performances, the TAS Children’s Pop Choir and a Nutcracker Marching Band Parade. A Christmas Market fills the Level 1 Atrium from 14 to 27 December. West Mall Rewards members can redeem two Christmas Wrappers with a S$50 minimum spend, or a S$10 eVoucher with S$120. That makes it an easy place to batch your gift shopping in one go!

A Sweet Christmas: Gummy Bear Floats

Downtown East, run by NTUC Club, goes candy-themed this year. The Sweet Christmas Village at Event Square has photo spots and a Christmas market on Fridays to Sundays from 20 November to 20 December, 12pm to 8pm. Weekends add bubble shows, carolling and a Pinata Smash for children aged 12 and below. The real draw sits at Wild Wild Wet, where giant floats are shaped like gummy bears, donuts and popsicles. The organiser quotes peak passes at S$39 adult and S$29 child, and off-peak passes at S$29 and S$21. Home-grown ice cream brand Lickers is opening an outlet at E!Avenue @ Downtown East, close to Wild Wild Wet, with a flavour you can only get there.

Christmas Train Show: Finland to Singapore

The Gardens by the Bay Christmas Train Show is back for its third edition. Model trains run through miniature landscapes inspired by the United States, Singapore and Finland inside the Flower Dome. The organiser lists it as running daily from 9am to 9pm, and Gardens by the Bay’s opening-hours page gives last admission as 8.30pm. Flower Dome admission applies, and the floral display details are subject to change. With a roof overhead, it’s a smart backup for a stormy December afternoon. It’s also an easy pick for anyone who still builds toy track on the living room floor.

Christmas Together: Free Entry, Register First

Sustainable Markets SG and Peace of Art SG take over Hall F at the Marina Bay Sands Expo and Convention Centre. They promise “18 Signature Experiences. Good built into every one.” Entry is free with registration. Purchases, workshops, experiences and donations can cost extra. Every adult signs up separately on the registration page, and children and teens under 18 don’t need their own registration. It’s an easy early-season win for a group of friends: one free weekend that gets the gift list moving before December arrives.

Season of Joy: Sentosa Goes K-Wave

Resorts World Sentosa (RWS) gives Christmas a K-wave twist across the resort. At WEAVE, Colours of our Wishes hands out seven coloured ribbons, one for each of seven wishes from Love to New Beginnings. You write your wish and add it to a growing collective installation. Singapore Oceanarium brings Glowcean Wonderland, with Manja the Manta Ray, an underwater Santa dive and a K-pop-themed Silent Disco on selected nights. Universal Studios Singapore puts up what RWS describes as a 10-metre Confectionery Christmas Tree, and Adventure Cove Waterpark hosts K-Wave Christmas. You don’t need a theme-park ticket for the public resort spaces. Paid attractions charge their own admission, and each experience has its own dates and conditions.

📅 27 Nov 2026 to 3 Jan 2027 · 📍 Resorts World Sentosa, 8 Sentosa Gateway, Singapore 098269 · 💰 Paid attractions ticketed separately · 🔗 Resorts World Sentosa

Garden Rhapsody Christmas Special: Twice Nightly

Garden Rhapsody returns to Supertree Grove with a Christmas Special, with daily shows at 7.45pm and 8.45pm. Gardens by the Bay lists admission as free, but notes that Supertree Grove charges may apply during ticketed events such as Christmas Wonderland. The dates are subject to change. If you want a festive evening without spending, aim for the 8.45pm slot after dinner on a night with no ticketed event. It’s hard to beat that value!

Gardens-A-Glow: About 250 Decorated Trees

NParks is refreshing the Singapore Botanic Gardens’ festive season. Gardens-A-Glow continues the Trees of the World tradition with decorated trees and light installations. At its heart are approximately 250 community-decorated trees. That gives the walk a homemade warmth that a mall atrium can’t fake. The Gardens are open from 5am to midnight daily, with free general admission. This is the one most worth crossing the island for.

📅 5 Dec 2026 to 3 Jan 2027 · ⏰ Gardens open 5am to midnight daily · 📍 Singapore Botanic Gardens, 1 Cluny Road, Singapore 259569 · 💰 Free general admission to the Gardens · 🔗 NParks

Celebrate Christmas in Singapore: Bethlehem Inn

For one week, the Christmas story takes centre stage in the middle of the shopping belt. Celebrate Christmas in Singapore sets up on the pedestrian walkway fronting Wheelock Place and Liat Tower, between Paterson Road and Angullia Park. The centrepiece is Bethlehem Inn, a model that tells the Christmas story, surrounded by live performances and interactive booths. Activities start as early as 5pm, and performances run from 7pm to 10.30pm every night. It sits right between your Orchard gift haul and the ride home, which makes it the easiest add-on in town.

Before You Go

Dates, showtimes and prices can change between now and December. Gardens by the Bay already notes that Garden Rhapsody’s dates and the Train Show’s floral details may shift, so check each organiser’s page on the day you head out. If your calendar only has room for two, pick Gardens-A-Glow for the community-made trees and Garden Rhapsody for a festive show Gardens by the Bay lists as free. Families with young kids will get the most out of the candy floats at Downtown East. Keep an eye on West Mall for its Festive Weekends from 21 November and on A Sweet Christmas at Downtown East for market days, then lock in your December before everyone else does!
