Terms of Use

Effective date: 14 October 2026

These terms explain the rules for using danamic.org. danamic. is a Singapore publication about what to see, eat, hear
and do. It is run by DANAMIC PTE. LTD., a company registered in Singapore (UEN 201815375Z). In these terms, “we”, “us”
and “danamic.” mean DANAMIC PTE. LTD., and “you” means anyone who reads or uses the site.

How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these
terms.

Accepting These Terms

By using danamic.org, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Using the Site

You may read, share and link to danamic.org for your own personal, non-commercial use. Please do not:

  • break the law or anyone else’s rights while using the site;
  • try to get into parts of the site, its servers or its editing tools that are not public;
  • disrupt the site, overload it, or get around its security checks;
  • pretend to be danamic. or a member of our team.

We may limit or block access to the site, in whole or in part, at any time and without notice, including to stop
abuse.

The articles, photos, videos, graphics and design on danamic.org belong to us or to the people who license them to
us. They are protected by copyright and other laws.

– Quoting. You may quote a short extract from an article, for example in a review, a news report or a social post,
as long as you credit danamic. and link to the original article.
– Republishing. You may not republish a whole article, or most of one, without our written permission. If we
agree, the republished copy must credit danamic. and link to the original.
– Photos and videos. Photos credited to The DANAMIC Team are ours. Photos credited to anyone else belong to them.
Please do not reuse either without permission.
– Scraping and AI. You may not scrape, copy in bulk or harvest content from danamic.org by automated means, or use
our content to train, fine-tune or test artificial intelligence or machine-learning models, without our written
permission. Normal indexing by search engines, and the feeds we publish for news and feed readers, are fine.

The names “DANAMIC” and “danamic.” and our logo are ours. Please do not use them in a way that suggests we endorse you
or your product.

To ask for permission, email hello@danamic.org.

Third-Party Content, Press Materials and Embeds

Some content on danamic.org comes from others:

– Press materials. Many of our articles draw on press releases, photos and other material supplied by event
organisers, brands and their agencies. That material belongs to the people who supplied it, and we credit them.
– Writers and contributors. Articles by our writers and contributors are published under their names. Copyright
and ownership of them belong to DANAMIC PTE. LTD. See our Contribute page.
– Embeds. Some articles embed videos and posts from platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and
Spotify. These are provided by those platforms under their own terms, and they may collect data when they load, as
our Privacy Policy explains.

Trade marks and other material that belong to others remain theirs. Using them on danamic.org does not mean their owners
endorse us.

We link to other websites, such as ticketing pages, venues and organisers. We do not control those sites and are not
responsible for their content, prices, availability or privacy practices. A link does not mean we endorse the site.

Sponsored and Partner Content

Some content on danamic.org is paid for by a brand or partner. We label paid partnerships clearly, so you can tell
them apart from our own editorial choices. How we keep advertising separate from editorial decisions is explained in our
Editorial Standards.

Giveaways

From time to time we run giveaways with brands and organisers. Each giveaway has its own terms, published with it,
which set out who can enter, how winners are chosen and the closing date. Those terms apply alongside these.

Prizes are provided and fulfilled by the brand or organiser named in the giveaway, not by danamic. Any questions about
a prize, once a winner has been told, go to that brand or organiser.

Comments and Submissions

Comments are currently closed on danamic.org. If we open them, we will add rules for comments here.

If you send us an article, photo or other material to publish, you confirm that it is yours to send (or that you have
the right to send it), and that it does not break the law or anyone else’s rights. When we publish a piece you have written
for us, copyright and all other ownership rights in it belong to DANAMIC PTE. LTD., and we may edit, publish and share
it, with credit to you, on danamic.org, our social channels and our syndication partners. Material we do not publish
stays yours. We
decide what to publish and may edit for length, clarity, accuracy and style. The details for contributors are on our
Contribute page.

Corrections

We work to get things right, and when we get something wrong, we say so. If you spot a mistake, email
hello@danamic.org with the article link and what is wrong. We aim to respond within five working days. Every correction
we make is listed on our Corrections page.

Information on the Site

We publish articles for general information. We check our facts, but event details such as dates, times, prices,
line-ups, venues and availability are set by organisers and can change after we publish, sometimes at short notice.
Before you buy a ticket, book a table or travel to an event, please check the details with the organiser or venue.

The site and its content are provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we make no promise that the site will
always be available or free of errors, or that its content is complete, accurate or up to date.

Nothing on danamic.org is professional, financial, legal or medical advice.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage that arises from your use of danamic.org, from
relying on its content, or from your use of any site or service we link to. This includes indirect or consequential
loss, loss of profit, and loss caused by viruses or by the site being unavailable.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Singapore law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and change the
effective date at the top. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have jurisdiction over any dispute
arising from them or from your use of danamic.org.
