Light To Night Festival 2018: Making Singapore’s Civic District Artfully Bigger & Brighter

Bringing its schedule up from later in the year, the Light to Night Festival returns from 19 to 28 January 2018 and is set to paint Singapore’s Civic District in a dazzling array of colours, transforming iconic cultural institutions and parks into spectacular works of art.
