16 Feb – Arunika: A Musical Scene from the Arunika Musical Rehearsal ICN is an arts and cultural community that produces theatrical works every year, initiated by Indonesian students in NTU. Get ready for ICN’s latest creative production Arunika: a Musical. Arunika is the name of the half Dutch, half Indonesian protagonist of the musical contextualized in the 19th century slavery of Indonesians by the Dutch. It is also a symbolic title as the musical deals with the perspectives of both the Indonesians and the Dutch. This is a rare feat considering most stories today focus on the side of the oppressed…
