HOKA opened what it calls its largest store in Singapore on Thursday, 29 October 2026, at Level 2 of Jewel Changi Airport. Until 12 November, the store has a claw machine with HOKA shoes among the prizes, so it’s worth a stop on your next airport errand.
This one is for runners, people who walk everywhere, and anyone curious about those famously thick soles. The store at #02-210 has a 3D foot scanner that measures each foot before you buy. HOKA also plans to start community runs from the shop.
Shoes in the Claw
HOKA says the claw machine runs from 29 October to 12 November 2026. Prizes include HOKA shoes, merchandise customised by Singapore artist Natasha-Elle (she posts as @SADSHRIMPS), and other items.
We’d aim for the Natasha-Elle pieces. You can buy the shoes off the wall any day the store is open.
Your Size, Measured
The feature most likely to change how you shop is SafeSize 3D Foot Scanning. According to HOKA, the scanner maps the length, width and shape of each foot in seconds. It then gives fit insights to help you choose the right HOKA shoe and size.
That turns “I’m usually a 9” into a measurement taken in the store, before you hand over your card. Because the scan reads both feet, the suggestion covers both, instead of only the foot you happened to slip into the first pair.
White Wood, Blue Accents
HOKA says the Jewel outlet is the first in Singapore to debut its latest global store concept. The room is bright and open, finished in white and light wood with touches of HOKA’s signature blue.

The draw for many shoppers will be the lifestyle footwear wall, which HOKA calls its widest in Singapore. It sits beside the brand’s road running, trail and hiking collections. Your race-day pair and your office-commute pair now share one room. If you wear HOKAs more on pavements than on trails, the lifestyle wall is the reason to pick this branch.
Fly Human Fly, From Changi
HOKA began in the mountains of the French Alps with an idea many people thought was wild at the time: a shoe that could make running downhill feel like flying. Its motto, Fly Human Fly, comes from that idea. HOKA’s version of the belief is that “the only way to fly is to keep taking bold leaps.” The brand calls Jewel a fitting home for it, since millions of journeys begin, cross paths and continue there.

HOKA pitches the store at three kinds of visitors. The first are runners training for their next race. The second are urban commuters after all-day comfort. The third are long-haul travellers who want supportive footwear for the trip ahead.
For local runners, the longer-term draw is the HOKA Run Club. HOKA plans to hold Run Club sessions starting from the Jewel store in the coming months, with dates to come on its Instagram, @hoka_sg. For now, that timing is the brand’s plan rather than a fixed schedule.
HOKA is part of Deckers Brands, the company behind UGG and Teva. MAP Active Singapore is its official distributor here. If you haven’t explored Jewel in a while, our A-Z guide to Jewel Changi Airport can help you plan a route. For the rest of your week, see things to do in Singapore this October.
