A Christmas-dressed MRT (Mass Rapid Transit) train is running on the Downtown Line until 14 November 2026. The sticker packs hanging inside it can earn you a goodie bag at The Christmas Atelier, the festive market at Marina Bay Sands Convention Centre from 12 to 14 November.
If the Downtown Line is already part of your daily commute, you can start your gift run on the way to work and finish it at a hall with more than 130 brands under one roof.

A Train Dressed for December
Minister for Transport and Second Minister for Finance Jeffrey Siow unveiled the train on 14 October alongside Lelian Chew, founder of The Atelier & Co, the company behind the market.

The activation has support from Enterprise Singapore. It ties into this year’s theme, “Delivering Christmas Magic”, which the organisers describe as inspired by the excitement of a special Christmas delivery. Festive graphics cover the train, and its month-long run leads to Bayfront MRT Station, which has direct access to Marina Bay Sands.
That makes for a tidy bit of planning. The train ends its run on the final day of the market, so the ride and the shopping trip overlap for the whole three days.

One New Hanger Every Friday
The keepsakes come as four collectible Christmas hangers: a Christmas Tree, a Christmas Stocking, a Wreath and a Gift Tag. Each hanger has a festive element you decorate yourself with the stickers that come with it.
Collecting all four is where it pays off. Bring the four completed hangers to The Christmas Atelier between 12 and 14 November and you can redeem a special goodie bag that includes a one-day admission pass. It’s limited to the first 20 guests each day, while stocks last.
Twenty a day over three days is a tight number for a train full of commuters. Anyone serious about that goodie bag should show up close to opening time, and remember that the doors open later on Thursday, 12 November (1pm) than on the other two days (11am).
130 Brands in Hall C
The market sits in Hall C on Level 1 of Marina Bay Sands Convention Centre. This is its eighth edition, and the organisers count over 130 founder-led artisanal brands across fashion, beauty, lifestyle, home, and gourmet.

Names on this year’s list include Bynd Artisan, House of Holly, TRIA the Label, RÓA, Mr. Bucket Chocolaterie, Clumzy, and Vetreska.
The mix of brands shapes how you should spend your time. Returning names will feel familiar to regulars, but first-time makers are where you’re likeliest to find a gift nobody else in your group chat has already bought. Do one full loop of the hall before you commit to anything.

Mr. Bucket Chocolaterie is the safe bet for a colleague you don’t know well, because edible gifts rarely end up in a drawer. For everyone else, the organisers pitch the market as a place for gifts “with a local story”, so start by asking the founders behind each stall what they make.
Trains, Buses, and Hot Air Balloons
The theme carries into the hall too. The organisers promise large-scale installations inspired by trains, buses, and hot air balloons, plus festive photo spots, hands-on activities, and workshops.

Past editions give a sense of the styling. The Atelier & Co’s sister brand, The Floral Atelier, has dressed earlier markets with pastel floral arches, oversized bows, and nutcracker figures. Those corners became the main photo spots on the floor.
This year’s travel theme should give the photo corners a different look. For anyone who has grown tired of the same red-and-gold Christmas backdrop every December, a hot air balloon is a welcome change of scenery!

The weekday slot helps as well. Thursday, 12 November and Friday, 13 November give office workers an after-work option that runs until 9pm, so you don’t have to give up a whole Saturday to the queue.
Tickets From S$6
Tickets went on sale on 21 September 2026. Early Bird prices last only while stocks do, and no fixed end date has been announced.

|---|---|---|
| 1-Day Pass | S$6 | S$8 |
| 1-Day BFF Pass | S$10 | S$14 |

The 3-Day Pass is the one to buy. It covers all three days and costs less than two regular 1-Day Passes (S$16), so it suits anyone who wants to scout on Thursday and come back for the goodie bag rush.
Children aged 10 and below enter free with a ticket-holding adult, and everyone aged 11 and above needs a ticket. Tickets are sold through The Christmas Atelier website and Trip.com.
Perks for Ticketholders
Every ticketholder gets one complimentary Yeo’s drink, while stocks last. The first 1,000 ticket holders receive a S$10-off voucher for attractions on Trip.com, with terms and conditions applying.
If you’re going by Grab, the code TCA2026 takes 15% off rides to or from the market, capped at S$3 per redemption. It works on standard, premium, kid-friendly, and large car services, and the number of redemptions is limited.
Drivers can park at Marina Bay Sands for a capped S$12.84 per day for a single entry by showing a valid TCA (The Christmas Atelier) ticket in PDF format for that day. Redeem it at the Concierge Counter from 8am to 6pm on weekdays, and at the TCA Ticketing Counter on Saturday, 14 November.
