G-Dragon’s Toy Story Pop-Up in Clarke Quay: S$12 Gets You in Until 11 November

Toy Story | PEACEMINUSONE: THE FIRST FAN is a ticketed pop-up that pairs K-pop star G-Dragon’s fashion label with Disney and Pixar’s Toy Story. It’s open at CQ @ Clarke Quay until 11 November 2026, and entry costs S$12. If your childhood bed had a Woody on it and your playlists have G-Dragon in them, this is the outing your whole group chat will say yes to.

The collaboration has already stopped in Seoul, Tokyo, Hong Kong and Taipei, and organisers bill Singapore as its Southeast Asian debut. Homegrown collectibles company Mighty Jaxx brought it here. Mighty Jaxx works with Disney, Netflix, Hasbro, Toei Animation and Sanrio and says it has a presence in over 95 countries. The pop-up has been running since Friday, 16 October, with more than 100 collectibles, fashion and lifestyle pieces on its shelves.

The Toys Were the First Fans

PEACEMINUSONE is the label G-Dragon founded. Its signature is the daisy, which turns up on almost every surface of this pop-up. The name THE FIRST FAN comes from an idea the organisers spell out: toys were the first fans to accompany G-Dragon on his journey toward his dreams. Swap in your own name and the idea still holds, since most of us had a plush or an action figure keeping us company long before anyone else believed in us.

The collection layers PEACEMINUSONE’s look onto what Toy Story has always been about: imagination, friendship and the bond between a kid and their toys. That’s a warmer pitch than the usual celebrity merch drop. It explains why so much of the space goes to photo spots and a message wall rather than racks alone.

Follow the Daisy Trail

THE FIRST FAN spills out across the precinct, so the hunt starts before you reach the door. Daisy floor decals, digital totems and directory stickers lead the way to the store, and there’s a THE FIRST FAN standee on Read Bridge. Come nightfall, the precinct’s canopies glow yellow and white. Standees of Woody, Buzz, Jessie, Bullseye, Rex, Forky and the Aliens (the three-eyed Little Green Men from the films) are hidden around the area for sharp-eyed fans to spot.

Some installations run on their own calendars, and that’s worth knowing before you pick a date. Toy Story characters hold the taxi stand until 29 October, and PEACEMINUSONE daisies have been hanging from the trees and circling the fountain in Fountain Square since 19 October. From 2 November, THE FIRST FAN claims Fountain Square with an overhead banner and new photo spots. The smart move is to go by Thursday, 29 October if the taxi-stand welcome is on your list, or after 2 November if you’d rather catch the Fountain Square finale.

At the end of the trail, a giant PEACEMINUSONE daisy rises outside the storefront, with Woody, Buzz and Jessie posing in front of it. Next door sits THE FIRST FAN Dream House, a house installation covered in daisies. The entrance itself is a house-shaped doorway dressed in combined Toy Story and PEACEMINUSONE artwork, so the photo queue starts before the shopping does.

Inside, Woody Stands 1.9m Tall

The centrepiece inside is a custom-built, timber-framed display of selected collectibles. Around it sit racks of apparel, PEACEMINUSONE daisy motifs and gallery-style walls of artwork.

Organisers say the human-sized Woody and Buzz figures in the store stand 1.9m and 1.65m tall respectively. That means the sheriff officially outranks the space ranger in this room, which longtime fans will find deeply satisfying.

The most personal corner is THE FIRST FAN Dream Wall. Visitors can leave their dreams, their aspirations or a note to whoever first believed in them. It’s a sweet touch, and it ties the store back to the idea that gave the project its name.

Photobooths with specially designed frames are dotted around the space as well. Add those to the outdoor trail and the S$12 starts to feel less like a door charge and more like a photo outing.

What to Put in Your Basket

Beyond the photo ops, the shop stocks more than 100 products, from limited-edition figures and character collectibles to keychains, scarves, stickers and lifestyle accessories. Everything on the shelves is paid for separately.

If you’re buying one thing, make it from the Singapore range. The rest of the shelves belong to the wider collaboration, but a T-shirt or cap created for THE FIRST FAN Singapore is the piece that proves you caught this particular stop.

Prefer to lock things in before you go? Selected merchandise is up for pre-order on thefirstfan.sg, with collection during a designated on-site slot. Pre-order collection doesn’t get you into the store, though, so book a separate entry pass if you want to browse.

The Invite Pool

The three pieces collectors will chase hardest aren’t on open shelves at all. Only 100 individually numbered pieces of each go to Singapore, and edition numbers are issued at random.

To get a shot, make a qualifying purchase and you’re automatically entered into a pool of invitees. Selected customers receive an email invitation, and purchases are first-come, first-served while stocks last, so an invite is a chance rather than a guarantee. Spend on things you’d want anyway, and treat any invitation as a bonus.

Booking Your Slot

Passes are sold for designated time slots on thefirstfan.sg and Klook, the event’s ticketing partner, and organisers recommend booking ahead. They list opening hours as 1pm to 11pm daily, which makes a post-dinner slot by the river a solid weeknight plan. If you’re filling the rest of the month, our October things-to-do guide has more ideas.
