Belvedere’s new coffee spirit arrives in Singapore with a two-night party. Club Dirty Brew, a kopi-inspired pop-up at Sip Sip, opens to the public on 29 and 30 October 2026 to launch Belvedere Dirty Brew.
Belvedere says Singapore is the first market in Southeast Asia to get the spirit, and the brand plans a wider regional rollout afterwards. That makes these two evenings the first public chance to taste it here, served by the people who made it.
Not Quite Coffee, Not Quite Vodka
That’s Belvedere’s own tagline for the drink, and it sums up the pitch neatly. Dirty Brew combines the Polish brand’s organic rye vodka with roasted organic robusta coffee beans, which puts it somewhere between a flavoured vodka and a coffee liqueur.

In Belvedere’s tasting notes, the spirit opens with rich toffee and “warm russet undertones”. Espresso and silky dark chocolate follow on the palate before a soft, velvety finish. Those are the brand’s words rather than a critic’s, but keep the toffee note in mind, because it matters for the local angle further down.
The name borrows from the café trick of a “dirty” coffee, where a shot of espresso is poured into a pale liquid to darken it. Belvedere applies that idea to a vodka brand better known for clear spirits. The bottle follows suit in matte black with gold accents, which the brand says honour the golden colour of rye.

François Xavier Desplancke, President and CEO of Belvedere Vodka, describes the company’s philosophy as “innovate with purpose, craft with excellence”. He calls Dirty Brew “the purest, yet the darkest, culmination of this vision”. A coffee-black bottle is a bold step for a label built on clear vodka, and launching it in a city this attached to its morning cup is a smart way to test it.
Why the Kopi Angle Works
Kopi is the sweet, strong coffee served in kopitiams, Singapore’s traditional coffee shops. Hainanese cooks who had worked in European households went on to open eateries of their own, and by the 1930s kopitiams were serving kopi with toast and eggs as a breakfast ritual. The robusta beans were roasted with sugar and margarine or butter for a caramelised edge, brewed through a cloth “sock” filter and finished with condensed milk.
Laura Drozdowski Lot, Marketing Director at Moët Hennessy Southeast Asia (the luxury group behind Belvedere), leans into that history. “Coffee here is more than a drink. It is a daily ritual passed down through generations, and it sits at the heart of how Singaporeans gather, from the kopitiam in the morning to the bar at night,” she said. In her words, Dirty Brew “brings both of those moments together in one bottle”.
The tie-in holds up better than most brand-meets-local themes, because the bean is shared. Robusta sits in both the kopitiam cup and the Dirty Brew bottle, and the toffee note in Belvedere’s description sits right beside the caramelised roast of traditional kopi. That gives the pop-up a local reason to exist rather than a borrowed one!
Two Nights at Sip Sip
According to Belvedere, Club Dirty Brew runs at Sip Sip on Thursday, 29 October and Friday, 30 October 2026, where guests can taste a selection of signature Dirty Brew serves. The brand describes the pop-up as bringing together “the city where coffee culture meets night life”. It’s open to the public, and guests are encouraged to register through Belvedere Vodka’s website beforehand.

The pop-up is for adults of legal drinking age only. Coffee and alcohol together can make a drinker feel less tipsy than they are without making them any less impaired, so pace the rounds and leave the car at home.
Missing both nights won’t mean missing the spirit. Belvedere says Dirty Brew will stay available for purchase at Sip Sip and selected premium trade venues across Singapore after the pop-up, though those other venues haven’t been named yet. Lot says the brand wants to see it “become part of the city’s nightlife”, and starting in bars makes sense for a spirit most drinkers will meet in a glass before they ever see the bottle.

Sip Sip’s own look fits the brief, too, with hand-drawn orange murals inside and glowing lanterns at the door, so a kopi-themed takeover should feel right at home there.
