Show up at One Raffles Place in costume on 30 or 31 October 2026 and you could skip the cover charge entirely, because the first 100 guests in costume get free entry to GREY AREA. With Halloween landing on a Friday and Saturday this year, the party runs across both nights in the Central Business District (CBD).
GREY AREA is the Halloween takeover from HighHouse, on Levels 61 and 62 of the tower, and NOVA, the rooftop bar on Level 63 that the venues bill as Singapore’s highest. They are closing the month with a black-and-white palette and what the organisers describe as psychological unease.
Three Floors of Greyscale Weird
The organisers promise a “surreal world of psychological unease and unsettling encounters”. Think decals inspired by Maniaphobia, eerie backroom references, and cryptic quotes of existential dread plastered across lift doors and windows, all set against ghostly drapes and surrealist projections.

Meet the Locals Upstairs
Wandering through GREY AREA is a cast of unsettling characters: The Wrong Woman, The Sofa Man, The Blank, The Sleepwalker, and The Collector. The release does not say what each character does.
Make Your Own Alter Ego
At NOVA’s entrance, guests can pick a plain white mask off the wall and customise it to their liking, creating their own alter ego for a night of masked revelry.
The dress code is black and white, with costumes and masks encouraged. NOVA’s side of GREY AREA starts at 11pm on both nights, an hour after HighHouse opens its doors downstairs.
Friday Belongs to the Emo Kids
Kicking off the Halloween weekend under the GREY AREA banner is EMO! At The Disco, which takes over HighHouse’s 62nd floor on Friday, 30 October from 11pm. The organisers are promising emo nostalgia, throwback anthems, and disco-fuelled energy for “a night of cathartic sing-alongs and unapologetic fun”.

Presale tickets start at S$35++, and door tickets start at S$40++, so buying ahead on Tessera saves you at least S$5 before the extras. Both prices are quoted with the “++”.
