If you’re hosting Christmas this year and the idea of another herb-rubbed bird makes you yawn, PAUL‘s Noël Collection 2026 has a S$159 Sesame Soy Turkey for you. Pre-orders opened on 20 October 2026, online and at every PAUL tea-room in Singapore, including the Ngee Ann City flagship. You can self-collect or get delivery from 10 November to 31 December 2026.
PAUL is the French bakery with the black shopfronts. It says it was founded in Croix, France, in 1889, and it has been in Singapore since its Ngee Ann City flagship opened in 2012. Its Christmas spread leans French, as you’d expect. This year, though, the two new roasts take a detour through Asian flavours, and that’s the part worth planning your table around if you’re already mapping out December with our Christmas in Singapore 2026 guide.
Two New Roasts, One Big Twist
The Sesame Soy Turkey (3.5kg to 4.5kg, according to PAUL) is glazed with sesame and red soy. It comes with lotus-wrapped glutinous rice, seasonal vegetables and onion chilli sauce. That side list is the smart move here, because sticky rice and a chilli dip give even the turkey sceptics at your table something to fight over.
Its partner is the Tea-Smoked Turkey Ham (1.5kg, S$89). It’s infused with black tea and cooked sous vide, meaning it’s vacuum-sealed and slow-cooked in a water bath, before getting a glaze of black tea and honey. PAUL says every slice carries notes of bergamot, the citrus that perfumes Earl Grey. That makes this the more grown-up of the two new roasts and the one to choose if your gathering runs late with wine and a cheese board.
PAUL has done this before. Last Christmas, the same two slots held a Buah Keluak Turkey and a Chilli Cashew Turkey Ham at identical prices, so 2026 is a flavour swap rather than a price hike. Remember that PAUL’s prices are quoted before GST (Goods and Services Tax) and service charge, so do the final maths at checkout.
The Classics Still Show Up
Purists get the Herbes de Provence Roast Turkey (3.5kg to 4.5kg, S$169), served with roasted vegetables, PAUL’s signature apricot jam and pepper gravy. Note that the traditional bird costs S$10 more than the new Asian one.

The Cranberry & Pineapple Turkey Ham (1.5kg, S$89) is back too, slow-roasted under a spiced glaze of cinnamon, star anise and cloves. That spice rack would feel at home in a braise at your grandma’s place, so this one quietly bridges the French and Asian sides of the menu.
Not a turkey household? The Seared Beef Tenderloin & Roasted Potatoes costs S$39, which makes it the cheapest main on the menu and an easy add-on for a table of four where someone always skips poultry.

For something showier, the Lamb Rack (1kg, S$89) arrives crusted in toasted almonds and lemon zest, with mint yoghurt and rosemary sauce on the side. Pair it with one of the hams and you’ve got a two-roast spread for under S$180 before taxes.
Three Yule Logs on the Table
PAUL has three Yule logs this season. The Walnut Chocolate (from S$40) pairs a flourless chocolate sponge with walnut croustillant, a crunchy layer. The Tropical Fruit (from S$40) stacks coconut mousse with pineapple compote and passionfruit cream, while the Noël Chocolate (from S$38) keeps it old-school with rolled chocolate sponge and smooth ganache.

The Tropical Fruit log comes in every one of PAUL’s festive sets, so if you’re booking a set, you’ve already got it. Buying a log on its own? Go for the Walnut Chocolate, since that toasted crunch gives you texture the classic roll can’t.
Canapés and a Cake for Kings
Party bites come in boxes of eight. New this year are the Roasted Capsicum & Cream Cheese Canapés (S$42) and the Parmesan Chicken Caesar Canapés (S$40), which squeeze a Caesar salad into one bite. The Maine Lobster & Caviar Canapés (S$42) return as the indulgent pick, with chilled lobster in light mayonnaise topped with caviar.

On the sweet side, the new Snowglobe Chocolate Peanut Tartlet (S$42) layers peanut namelaka and salted caramel under a hand-crafted chocolate snowglobe. The Snowflake Crème Brûlée Tartlet (S$42) pairs white chocolate cream with a pecan tart shell, so check with guests who have nut allergies before you order either. The promotion to know about is any three boxes for S$109, which saves you S$17 against three S$42 boxes at the regular price.
The Galette des Rois (S$39) is flown in from France and filled with almond frangipane inside crisp, buttery pastry. Each one hides a fève, a tiny ceramic charm, and whoever finds it in their slice gets crowned king or queen for the day. It’s traditionally a January treat, but PAUL lists collection and delivery only up to 31 December, so you’ll be buying January’s cake in December. It counts towards the three-box deal too.

Finally, the Holiday Pecan Tart (S$90) is a Maison PAUL signature of toasted pecans in caramelised filling. It comes pre-cut into 12 slices, which works out to S$7.50 each and saves you the awkward knife duty at the table.
Which Set Fits Your HDB
The Christmas Table Collection has four sets, each with a medium Tropical Fruit Yule Log, 12 mini macarons and Maison Perrier Forever sparkling drinks. The Festive Ham Set (S$169) and Holiday Roast Set (S$249) serve four to six. The Christmas Roast & Ham Set (S$299) serves six to eight, and The Majestic Feast (S$459) feeds eight to 10 with three boxes of canapés and the pecan tart added in.

The sweet spot is the Christmas Roast & Ham Set. A turkey and a ham bought separately already cost S$248, so the extra S$51 gets you the Yule log, macarons and six bottles of Perrier. Choose the Asian turkey and the Asian ham, and a party of eight in a Housing & Development Board (HDB) flat gets both new roasts in one order without blowing the budget.
On logistics, PAUL offers free delivery with a minimum spend of S$150. Orders below that pay S$30, and a festive surcharge applies on selected dates. Self-pickup works at all outlets except Changi Airport Terminal 1, and all prices are subject to GST and service charge, according to PAUL.
