Blood Moon Ribs and a Whole Baby Lamb: Lime’s SubLIME Halloween Buffet From S$98++

If your Halloween plan so far is a costume you haven’t bought and a group chat that can’t agree on anything, Lime Restaurant at PARKROYAL COLLECTION Pickering, Singapore has an answer that involves a lot more lobster.

Its SubLIME Halloween buffet runs daily from 23 October to 1 November 2026, 6pm to 9.30pm, with adult prices starting at S$98++. Every diner who posts the spread on Instagram gets a shot at a free hotel staycation, so here’s what’s on the table and which night is worth booking.

Ribs, Sausages and a Whole Lamb

According to the hotel, the spooky makeover is centred on the grill station, where the Witch’s Fire-Grilled Sausages come in chicken, pork and veal. They sit beside the Blood Moon Glazed Pork Ribs, which the hotel describes as gooey, and that’s the exact word you want attached to a sticky, glazed rib at a buffet.

Over at the live carving station, the Black Garlic-Glazed Beef Short Rib takes top billing on every night of the promotion. On Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, it shares the board with the Phantom Flame BBQ Whole Baby Lamb, the dish with the most dramatic name on the menu and the strongest case for planning your booking around it.

A whole roasted lamb carved in front of you is a group-dinner centrepiece that rarely shows up on an ordinary weeknight menu. If your crowd are meat people, the weekend is your window, and it’s a narrow one.

Lobster, Crab and the Usual Suspects

Halloween dishes aside, Lime keeps its regular seafood draws in play. Chilled Boston Lobster and Snow Crab headline the cold spread, joined by Lobster and Truffle Kombu Soba and Aburi Salmon with Sake Furikake Mentai Nigiri, the torched salmon sushi that tends to vanish first at any Singapore buffet.

The weekend adds a Hamachi, Cucumber and Oba Wrap to the starters, a lighter bite of yellowtail rolled in shiso leaf before the heavier grill plates arrive. Every buffet option comes with unlimited specialty hot coffee and tea, and add-on beverage packages are available if your table wants something stronger to toast the season.

Pasta in a Parmesan Wheel

The most theatrical station on the menu is the pasta counter. From Monday to Thursday, it serves Bloody Mary Lobster Pasta, and on weekends that gives way to Lobster Bisque Risotto, with both dishes tossed and finished inside a giant Parmesan wheel before they reach your plate.

Pasta lovers, the Bloody Mary Lobster Pasta is your spooky Monday to Thursday treat!

The local corner follows the same weekday-weekend split. Sambal Stingray with Okra carries the smoky, spicy end of things, while the weekend brings Curry Crab with Mantou, the fried buns built for mopping up every last bit of gravy. That’s the kind of shiok (Singlish for deeply satisfying) finish that makes a buffet feel worth the price.

If you had to choose one weekend-only savoury dish besides the lamb, pick the curry crab. Lobster pasta in a cheese wheel is great fun to film, but crab and mantou is the plate people at your table will still be talking about on the MRT home.

Eyeballs, Potions and Ghost Cake

Dessert is where the Halloween theme gets properly silly, in the best way. The line-up includes a warm S’mores Eyeball Chocolate Pudding, a Witch’s Ai Yu Jelly Potion that puts a spooky spin on ai yu jelly (the wobbly, lime-scented hawker dessert) and a Ghost Velvet Cake to close the night.

The hotel’s photos show the props reach the savoury plates too, with a Graveyard Meatball plated among cobwebs, a candle and a pair of skeleton hands.

None of these will win a horror film award, but they’ll win your Instagram story, which is conveniently the whole point of the giveaway.

Sunday Is the Sweet Spot

Here’s the maths that matters: adult prices are S$98++ from Monday to Thursday, S$128++ on Friday and Saturday and S$118++ on Sunday, with children aged six to 12 at S$49++, S$64++ and S$59++ respectively. Children under six eat free, and the “++” means the prices are before service charge and GST (Goods and Services Tax).

The calendar shapes your options more than you might expect. The Monday-to-Thursday nights are your only shot at the S$98++ rate and the Bloody Mary Lobster Pasta.

Sundays, though, are the clever booking. On 25 October or 1 November, you get the whole lamb, the curry crab, the risotto and the hamachi wrap for S$10 less per adult than the Friday and Saturday crowd pays, and a table of four saves S$40 before taxes without missing a single weekend exclusive.

Halloween itself lands on Saturday, 31 October, at the S$128++ rate.

Post It, Win a Night

The giveaway is simple. Enjoy the buffet, share a picture of the experience on Instagram, and you’re in the running for a one-night staycation for two in PARKROYAL COLLECTION Pickering’s Urban Deluxe Room with Breakfast. Full terms are on the hotel’s website, so read them before you post.

Winning would mean a night at a hotel known for its hotel-in-a-garden design by architecture firm WOHA, which has earned it the World’s Leading Green City Hotel title at the World Travel Awards. It sits by Hong Lim Park and Chinatown, so a post-buffet walk is right outside the door.
