Haunts & Handmade brings 35 booths to Changi Experience Studio at Jewel Changi Airport on 31 October and 1 November 2026. An adult ticket costs S$20, and S$10 of that comes back as credit to spend at the market, so booking a ticket is half entry fee and half shopping budget.
Changi Airport Group (CAG), the company that manages the airport, calls it the studio’s first-ever Halloween-themed festival. Its vendor list describes the line-up as Singapore home-based brands, the small labels you’d expect at a weekend craft market, such as Clik Clak and its 3D-printed fidget toys.

S$20 In, S$10 Back
Every ticket includes entry to Changi Experience Studio itself, the attraction on Level 4 of Jewel. The Adult Ticket Only is S$20 and carries S$10 in Event Credits for the Festival Market, the Child/Senior Ticket Only is S$10, and a Tickets Only Bundle for one adult plus one child or senior is S$25.

Captain Boo and the First 50
The festival has two exclusive aviation-themed Halloween plush keychains, named Captain Boo and Pompkin the Explorer. Changi’s listing describes them as limited-edition and 12cm, and values each at S$12.90. The first 50 purchases of the ticket bundle for one adult and one child get a keychain free.

The cap of 50 covers the free ones. Everyone else can buy a keychain bundle: the Halloween Adult Bundle at S$29.90, the Halloween Child/Senior Bundle at S$19.90, or the Halloween Family Bundle at S$34.90 for one adult, one child, and one keychain.
Take the adult option as the example. At S$29.90 against S$20 for the ticket alone, the keychain costs you S$9.90, which is S$3 under its stated value, and the same S$9.90 gap holds for the other two bundles. The kiasu (Hokkien for “afraid of losing out”) move is to book early, and the event terms say tickets are not for resale.
35 Booths, 7 for Eating
Changi’s vendor list splits the line-up into seven food and beverage brands and 28 lifestyle ones. Two of the lifestyle booths are Changi’s own: Patch & Pick sells Changi-themed gifts, and Pick & Plant sells plants chosen by the airport’s horticulture team. The other 33 are small Singapore labels.

Drinks first, because the list makes them sound like the most photogenic thing in the room. Matcha Hour has a Spooky Matcha Latte topped with a hand-piped ghost cream sculpture, and Corner8 Matcha is doing honey cinnamon and cinnamon crumble versions. Gettin Caffeinated wins on naming alone with its Pistachio Midnight Cloud and Cookies-and-Scream Tiramisu coffees.
Three lifestyle booths deserve that S$10 credit more than the rest:

- Clik Clak makes clickers, fidget toys, and keychains inspired by vintage Singapore objects and local food, a better souvenir brief than most airport shops manage.
- Bleak Illustration puts existential dread and dark humour onto socks, stickers, and bags, so it’s on theme for Halloween without changing a thing.
- Nowlater Studio bottles perfumes and room sprays in scents like Kaya Toast, after the coconut-jam breakfast staple, and Mango Pudding.
For dessert, Tirato is bringing Halloween-themed tiramisu alongside its Classic, Matcha, and Pistachio flavours, plus Dubai Chewy Cookies. Dapiku Sweets has the chunky cookies that Changi singled out in its announcement, and Two of Us Bakes sells brownies in a tub, the sensible format for anyone eating while walking.
One more booth is worth a detour. Lovewithin.sg, the illustration brand created by Vivien Tan, is drawing Halloween-styled live portraits, so you can leave with a keepsake that has your own face on it.
3 Workshops From S$9
The three craft workshops are where the festival is most clearly built for families. Changi says the activities are designed to engage both young children and parents. Adults turning up without kids should treat the market as the main event and the crafts as a bonus.

Decorate a Pumpkin Bag is the cheapest at S$9. You personalise a trick-or-treat bag with Halloween-themed accessories, and it doubles as something to carry your market haul home in.
Create a DIY Boo-tanical Plant costs S$12. You paint a Halloween-themed pot, then pot a plant in it to take home.

It’s the one to pick if you’re only doing a single workshop, because the result is still alive after 1 November. A hand-painted pot on an HDB windowsill outlasts any bag of candy.
Craft Spooky Hama Beads Artworks is S$12 as well. You can pick from the Halloween-themed designs or create your own masterpiece.
That free-design option is why it suits older hands too. Pixel-style bead art is nostalgic for anyone who grew up on handheld games, and nobody checks whether your ghost is on brief.
A S$100 Hamper for Dressing Up
Two extras reward a bit of effort. Finishing the Stamp Quest around the festival earns a mystery prize worth up to S$29.90. The Trick or Chic Best Dressed Contest picks one winner each day for a prize hamper worth S$100, so the costume you were planning for Saturday night can start earning its keep early.
