Brunch 52 Floors up: SUSHISAMBA’s S$160++ Race to Samba at Capital Tower

Race weekends in Singapore tend to come alive after dark, which leaves a long, hungry afternoon to fill before the engines start. SUSHISAMBA Singapore fills it with its Race to Samba brunch on Saturday, 10 October and Sunday, 11 October 2026, from 12pm to 3pm, on Level 52 of Capital Tower. The base price is S$160++ a head. Session times and what’s on right now are in our Singapore Grand Prix guide.

A Copacabana Brunch in Race Mode

SUSHISAMBA’s own event page calls Race to Samba “a special race-weekend edition of Copacabana Brunch.” That’s the restaurant’s regular party brunch, reworked for Grand Prix Season Singapore (GPSS). The soundtrack comes from live DJ and saxophonist sets, and the page promises “high-energy samba performances” between courses. Expect to raise your voice over the music rather than lower it for a quiet catch-up.

The menu draws on Japanese, Brazilian and Peruvian cooking. SUSHISAMBA’s brunch page describes the Copacabana format as built around live sushi and robata stations, where robata is a Japanese charcoal grill. Expect food cooked in front of you rather than trays left warming on a buffet line.

The Race Roll

If one plate justifies the booking, it’s the Race Roll. SUSHISAMBA describes it as “our limited-edition Race Roll, created exclusively for GPSS.”

What S$160++ Gets You

The S$160++ base brunch includes free-flow non-alcoholic beverages. Champagne and premium tiers cost extra and are priced separately on SUSHISAMBA’s page. The two plus signs mean service charge and GST are added on top of the S$160, so budget for a bill above the headline number.

The base tier suits anyone heading to the circuit afterwards, or anyone who’d rather save the drinking for later in the night. You get the full spread and the views over the city, and you can still keep a clear head for a long evening of racing.

Saturday or Sunday?

Both sittings run 12pm to 3pm, so pick the day that fits your race plans. If you’re still deciding on circuit tickets and zones, our Singapore Grand Prix 2026 guide covers them.
