Laksa All Night: Conrad Singapore Marina Bay Goes 24 Hours for Race Week 2026

From 7 to 11 October 2026, Oscar’s at Conrad Singapore Marina Bay stays open 24 hours, with a supper menu served from 11pm to 6am. For anyone walking out of the Marina Bay Street Circuit with ringing ears and an empty stomach, that’s a sit-down bowl of laksa at an hour when most kitchens have long closed.

The all-night restaurant is one of three things the hotel is running around the Singapore Grand Prix (GP), and our Singapore Grand Prix 2026 guide has the wider schedule. The other two are a pair of limited-edition cocktails at The Terrace for S$27++ each and a spa treatment called the Recovery Ritual, from S$288+. Each is priced separately, and listed prices are subject to 10% service charge and prevailing GST.

Two Cocktails, Both S$27++

The Terrace has been pouring Pit Stop and Fast Lane since Monday, 5 October, and both stay on the menu until 11 October. The hotel describes Pit Stop as a smoky, spirit-forward drink inspired by a race-day tyre change, while Fast Lane is rum-based with what the hotel calls ‘a bold, local touch of gula melaka‘. The “++” means the hotel’s 10% service charge and prevailing GST are added on top of the listed price.

Between the two, Fast Lane is the one to order. A smoky, spirit-forward drink turns up on plenty of bar menus, whereas the gula melaka is what ties this one to Singapore, and that matters if you’re showing a visiting friend around.

The hours stretch too. According to the hotel, The Terrace usually closes at midnight, but from 7 to 11 October it opens from 9am to 1am the following day, before returning to its usual hours from 12 October. An extra hour sounds small until you’re the group deciding where to go once the circuit empties!

Supper Until 6am at Oscar’s

The Race Week Supper Menu at Oscar’s has a Local Flavours section. Singapore Laksa is S$32, Hainanese Chicken Rice is S$33, and both the Seafood Char Kway Teow and the Nasi Goreng Kampung are S$35, all subject to 10% service charge and prevailing GST. That’s what a table and an open kitchen cost between 11pm and 6am.

The smarter order for a group is the bar snacks, which sit at S$20 each: Katsu Chicken Bao in a set of three, Parmesan Truffle Fries, Buffalo Chicken Wings, and Squid Tentacles Karaage. Vegetarians get the Paneer Butter Masala at S$28 and the “Impossible” Pork Mapo Tofu at S$30, while a Tiger draught pint is S$22 and soft drinks are S$12. The hotel notes that the menu may change with the availability of ingredients.

The hotel’s own line for all this is “Dinner at Midnight. Breakfast at Lunchtime.”, and it’s a fair summary of what a race week body clock does.

A Massage with Homework

The Recovery Ritual has been running at the hotel’s spa since Friday, 2 October, and continues until 14 October, three days after the cocktails and late hours end. It combines sound, guided meditation, and therapeutic massage, and each session opens and closes with a sound bowl. The 60-minute version starts from S$288+ and the 90-minute one from S$358+.

This is the priciest of the three and the hardest to justify on a first-job salary, so the take-home part carries the argument. Guests leave with an amethyst-infused gemstone oil, a massage stone, and access to guided meditation. The S$70 gap buys 30 more minutes on the table, so the 60-minute session is the sensible entry point. Bookings go by email to sinci.fitness.club@conradhotels.com.

Which One to Book

Oscar’s supper solves the most real problem of the three, because post-race hunger is predictable. The cocktails are the low-commitment option for anyone who wants a themed drink without a hotel bill to match, and the spa suits whoever has leave to burn after Sunday.

For more ideas beyond the grandstands, our rundown of where to eat, drink and shop off the track covers the wider neighbourhood. If you’re staying out for the concerts and after-parties, the 11pm to 6am supper window is the detail to save.

Race week at Marina Bay runs loud and late, and a hot plate of char kway teow after the last set may be the most Singaporean way to end a night at the circuit. Reserve a table at Oscar’s or The Terrace through the hotel before the weekend crowd does, and bring the friend who always says they’re not hungry!
