Halloween 2026 at a Glance
Halloween Horror Nights 14
HHN14 runs on 18 select nights from 25 September to 1 November 2026 at Universal Studios Singapore. It’s the headline act of the Festival of Thrills, a Halloween season that Resorts World Sentosa (RWS) is running across the whole resort, and RWS bills it as Southeast Asia’s biggest scream fest. This year, the ghosts in the park come from Asian folklore, urban legends, and twisted takes on familiar Singapore icons. That’s a sharp turn from 2025, when most of the line-up came from licensed films, shows and books.
All four haunted houses are new, and Karang Guni: The Cursed Collection has the most local bite. Karang guni are Singapore’s rag-and-bone collectors, the uncles who go door to door through HDB (public housing) estates to buy old newspapers and unwanted junk. A house about their cursed haul will hit hard for anyone who grew up hearing them call out below the block.
Singapore’s Most Haunted: On Air brings back the homegrown series that had a house last year. Made in Hell: XinLing Robotics and Chatterbox Charlie’s Vaudeville Horrors complete the set with a robotics firm and a vaudeville act, two things nobody wants to bump into down a dark corridor.
Away from the houses sit two scare zones, The RAVEyard and Necropolis: The Serpent’s Crossroads, and roving scare actors prowl the paths in between. The new Scream Queen is Ponti-Ana, whose name riffs on the pontianak, the long-haired female ghost of Malay folklore. The fan-favourite Scaremony opening show makes a comeback, and themed food, drinks and exclusive merchandise round out the night.
Standard ticket prices haven’t budged. When Halloween Horror Nights 13 brought Netflix’s Stranger Things to Sentosa last year, non-peak and peak tickets cost what they cost now. The size holds steady too, at four houses and two scare zones, so everything that’s changed this year is in the stories.
Which Ticket to Buy
Standard admission is S$68 on non-peak nights and S$78 on peak nights, and paying with Mastercard trims those to S$63 and S$73. Express passes are add-ons, so you still have to buy admission first. The Express Pass at S$89 gets you one faster entry into each haunted house, and the Express PLUS Pass at S$119 is the bigger version.
The packages climb from there. Frights for Two costs S$250 per package, which works out to S$125 a head, and comes with early-entry perks. The Frequent Fear Pass (S$156) is for exactly who its name suggests. At the top sits the guided R.I.P. Tour at S$290, S$30 more than last year’s S$260.
For most people, a non-peak ticket is the sensible buy, paid with a Mastercard if there’s one in your wallet. On peak nights, Express earns its S$89. Do the maths: if the regular queue at each of the four houses runs close to an hour, that eats most of a five-hour night, and that’s before any snack queue. The R.I.P. Tour is a birthday splurge that nobody needs on a first visit.
The Fine Print
HHN14 carries an advisory age of 13 and above. The ticket covers the night event only, so a daytime park ticket is a separate purchase. Tickets are non-refundable even in bad weather, since the show goes on rain or shine (pack a poncho, it’s October). Once you’ve picked a date, you can’t change it.
Inside, there’s no re-entry after you leave, costume masks are banned, and outside food and drink stay outside. RWS can change dates and opening hours whenever it needs to, so check the official page on the afternoon of your visit.
Getting There and Back
Take the MRT (Singapore’s subway) to HarbourFront station on the North East and Circle lines, walk into VivoCity, and board the Sentosa Express monorail to Resorts World Station. Getting home is the bit people forget. The night ends around midnight and the monorail isn’t something to rely on that late, so budget for a taxi or private-hire car back to the mainland.
Go on a non-peak night in the first half of October. Leave the final weekend, which includes Halloween on Saturday, 31 October, to the diehards.

Trick or Thrills at USS
Under 13, or not built for jump scares? Trick or Thrills is the family-friendly daytime Halloween at USS, and it runs from 1 September to 1 November 2026. Expect a new show, character meet-and-greets, and themed treats and merchandise. The star for small fans is Minion Land, Illumination’s Despicable Me zone, decorated for the season with Minion-themed jack-o’-lanterns and photo-worthy installations.
It’s the pick for families with primary schoolers, and a morning visit gets the photos done before the midday heat. HHN14 needs its own ticket, so teens who want both are paying twice.

Into the Glowcean
Into the Glowcean turns Singapore Oceanarium, the aquarium at RWS, into a neon-lit underwater world from 5 September to 1 November 2026. Guests explore the marine life under a glowing light show, and it’s the gentlest stop on the Festival of Thrills calendar. Save it for toddlers, grandparents, or the friend who won’t go near a haunted house.

Halloween at WEAVE
WEAVE, the shopping and dining area at RWS, is in on the act with trick-or-treating, themed shopping activities, photo spots, live music, and Halloween-inspired dining. Walking around costs nothing, which makes it the season’s best free wander and a handy place to kill time before HHN14’s gates open.
The Adrenaline Bar is open from 11 September to 11 October, then again from 15 October to 1 November on selected dates. The M.A.C Cosmetics Halloween pop-up runs from 23 September to 1 November with Halloween-themed makeovers. Since costume masks are banned at HHN14, a painted face is the smarter way to look the part. On selected event nights, keep an eye out for FANTA Rest In Party, easily the best pun of the whole festival.

If You Only Do One
Make it Halloween Horror Nights 14, on a non-peak night early in October. Houses built on karang guni and pontianak legends are something only a Singapore scare event can pull off.
