Singaporeans are experts at saying “next weekend lah” until there is, unfortunately, no next weekend left.
Sadly, that’s where we’re at with Sentosa GrillFest 2026, which is heading into its final stretch from 14 to 16 August 2026 at Siloso Beachfront. If you’ve been meaning to go but somehow ended up in the usual cycle of “see first”, this is the time where you stop leaving your calendar – and appetites – hanging.
Running from 4pm to 10.30pm, this year’s edition is the festival’s biggest yet, with 42 vendors across five zones, including 18 new names, returning favourites, live-fire cooking, beachfront seating, more sheltered areas and enough BBQ options to make deciding on dinner a small group project.
The Final Weekend Game Plan
Because it’s the last weekend, walking in with zero plan and pure confidence may not be your best move.
Start by checking the official GrillFest page before heading down. That gives you the latest details on vendors, Chef’s Grill availability, programming, voucher options and any updates you may want to know before making the trip to Sentosa.
The key thing to remember: Siloso Beachfront is where the food action is, and the event runs in the evening. So if you’re looking to turn it into a proper night out, arrive early enough to catch the beach atmosphere before the queues and dinner crowd settle in.
Bring friends, bring an appetite and bring the kind of group chat decisiveness usually reserved for booking concert tickets.
42 Vendors, So Choose Your Battles Wisely
The vendor line-up covers local grills, international flavours and beachside BBQ, which means this is not exactly a “just grab one thing and leave” situation.
Returning names include Craft’ B, known for its Netflix-featured grass-fed ribeye; Slurp Your Oysters, serving freshly shucked oysters from Murotsu Bay in Japan; Jett BBQ, beloved for its dinosaur ribs; and DAMN, last year’s People’s Choice Award winner, bringing back its dry-aged meats and highly sought-after dry-aged beef burger.
New additions also give the final weekend more to chase down. Cow Bae brings flambé action to the grill, Umi Matsuri serves Japanese robatayaki-style creations, 8 Degree Taiwanese Bistro brings Taiwanese night market flavours to the beach, and Smokin’ Joe comes in with Australian Wagyu ribeye.

If you’re going with a group, this is where splitting up actually makes the most sense. One person handles oysters, one person hunts down ribs, another queues for the beef and everyone pretends this was a well-organised operation all along.
Chef’s Grill For The Fancy Ones

For those who want something more structured than stall-hopping, Chef’s Grill is the big new concept this year.
It’s Sentosa GrillFest’s first-ever eight-course omakase-inspired beachfront dining experience, co-curated with the Singapore Chefs’ Association. Held in an air-conditioned tent with premium chinaware, the experience gives diners a closer look at live-fire techniques from a curated roster of chefs.
Across the festival, Sentosa Golf Club, R&B Grill Bar and ASAP & CO anchor the experience, with a rotating guest vendor slot giving the menu a reason to change from weekend to weekend.
In other words, if your idea of GrillFest is less “stand, queue, eat, repeat” and more “sit down and let the chefs handle it”, this is the zone to look at first and chope a seat or two.
Take A Piece Of GrillFest 2026 Home With You
Beyond the main grill zones, Marketplace by Indoguna lets guests browse fresh meats, seafood, vegetables and gourmet items before watching them cooked-to-order across themed grill-and-serve stalls.
There is also a retail section with artisanal products, sauces, spices and ready-to-cook selections, which is useful if you want to bring part of the GrillFest experience home and convince yourself that you, too, can recreate beachfront BBQ energy in your kitchen.
As evening settles in, Sunset Lounge by Asahi steps in as the wind-down spot, with beachfront views, DJ programming and live band performances. So even if not everyone in your group is there purely to inhale grilled meats, there is still space to sit, drink, and let the beach do some of the heavy lifting.

Things To Know Before You Go
The official GrillFest page lists S$10 Sentosa GrillFest F&B vouchers, redeemable at the event, which may be worth checking out before heading down. There is also a S$5 Grab ride promo with the code SENTOSAGRILL for rides to or from Siloso Point and Beach Station during selected hours.
Accessibility-wise, the festival includes dedicated beach tracks for wheelchair users and families with strollers, with priority seating available for guests with mobility needs.
This year’s edition also marks the first time the air-conditioned Chef’s Grill pavilion and beachfront festival lighting are powered by battery and solar energy. Vendors are also required to use compostable packaging and cutlery across the festival grounds.
So yes, the food is the main reason to go. But there are enough details here to plan the evening properly instead of arriving hungry, lost and suddenly very aware that everyone else had checked the website beforehand.
