SUSHIRO Bukit Panjang Plaza opened on Friday, 30 October 2026, and four of its six 1-for-1 sushi plates are still to come. Each one lasts only two or three days, so the date you pick decides both what you eat and what you pay.
The Bluefin Fatty Tuna slot has come and gone, and the salmon belly slot ended on 2 November. Skipping opening weekend wasn’t a disaster, though, because the cheapest plate of the whole promotion runs from 3 to 5 November!
4 Plates Till 12 November
- 3 to 5 November (Tue to Thu): Big Red Shrimp at S$2.30++
- 6 to 7 November (Fri to Sat): Big Cut Fresh Salmon at S$2.90++
- 8 to 9 November (Sun to Mon): Jumbo Scallop at S$4.90++
- 10 to 12 November (Tue to Thu): Medium Fatty Tuna at S$3.90++
These are promotional prices that apply only on the listed dates. The “++” means service charge and GST go on top, so your bill will land above the headline numbers.
The Sushi Maths
SUSHIRO says each promotional plate comes with two pieces of the featured sushi, which makes the per-piece sums easy. Before charges, S$2.30 divided by two is S$1.15 per Big Red Shrimp, S$2.90 divided by two is S$1.45 per Big Cut Fresh Salmon, S$3.90 divided by two is S$1.95 per Medium Fatty Tuna, and S$4.90 divided by two is S$2.45 per Jumbo Scallop.

Scale that up to a six-piece meal and the gap gets clearer. Three shrimp plates at S$2.30 each come to S$6.90, while three scallop plates at S$4.90 each come to S$14.70, both before charges.
Don’t read 1-for-1 as two plates for the price of one, since both pieces arrive on a single plate at the stated price. Check with the staff before you order a tower of them.
Which Days to Pick
If you’re only going once, make it 4 or 5 November. You get the lowest price of the fortnight, and those are the only shrimp days that overlap with Japan Fair 2026, so one midweek dinner covers both menus.

Tuna fans should head down for the Medium Fatty Tuna from 10 to 12 November. It’s the last tuna plate in the rotation, and at S$3.90++ it costs S$1.00 less a plate than the Bluefin Fatty Tuna did on opening weekend.
For a splurge, the Jumbo Scallop on 8 and 9 November is the priciest plate left, though S$2.45 a piece before charges is hardly a wallet-wrecker. The Big Cut Fresh Salmon on 6 and 7 November is the easy Friday or Saturday pick if you’re feeding a table that just wants salmon.
S$6.00++ Drinks Till 12 November
Three drinks are S$6.00++ each until 12 November, and the savings are easy to work out:
- Lemon Sour: UP S$8.00++, so S$8.00 minus S$6.00 saves you S$2.00
- Kaku Highball: UP S$9.00++, so S$9.00 minus S$6.00 saves you S$3.00
- Premium Malts: UP S$10.50++, so S$10.50 minus S$6.00 saves you S$4.50
The Premium Malts gives the biggest cut if you’re ordering a drink anyway. Pair one with a shrimp plate before 5 November and you’re at S$2.30 plus S$6.00, or S$8.30 before charges, which is a cheerful way to start a weeknight dinner.
What Has Already Gone
The S$3.90++ Big Cut Salmon Belly with Ikura ran on 1 and 2 November.

Japan Fair 2026 Starts 4 November
Japan Fair 2026 is SUSHIRO’s seasonal menu of over 20 items from Hokkaido to Kyushu, running from 4 November to 1 December 2026 while stocks last. Double Aomori Salmon at S$4.90 and Big Cut Fresh Yellowtail at S$2.90 are available only from 4 to 17 November.
The fair overlaps the 1-for-1 rotation from 4 to 12 November, so every deal day from 4 November puts both menus on the same belt.
Getting a Seat
SUSHIRO says the Bukit Panjang outlet has 294 seats across 52 tables and sits a short walk from Bukit Panjang MRT station. The brand, which bills itself as Japan’s top conveyor belt sushi chain, arrives in Bukit Panjang hot on the heels of its 43-day Pokémon collab.

Reservations go through the SUSHIRO Singapore App. If the app shows you’re fully booked, the brand says you can still try your luck as a walk-in.
