CÉ LA VI Singapore, the rooftop restaurant, bar and club atop Marina Bay Sands, turns 16 this November, and it’s celebrating with a month of plans you can book. The one to send your group chat first is Lady in Red on Wednesday, 11 November, a red-themed Ladies Night with complimentary entry from 10pm.
The rest of the month is busy too. There’s a pink brunch called A Touch of Rosé on Saturday, 14 November, a new Friday series called Sky Bar Sessions from 6 November, and 13 new dishes from Executive Chef Joshua Bedell. If you’ve been waiting for an excuse to dress up for a sunset drink above Marina Bay, November hands you four of them.
Sixteen Years Above the Bay
According to CÉ LA VI, the venue opened atop Marina Bay Sands in 2010 and grew alongside Singapore into one of the city’s most recognisable rooftop destinations. It’s split across three spaces: a Restaurant, an open-air Sky Bar for chasing sunsets, and a Club Lounge that hosts regional and international headliners.
The brand has since opened in Taipei, Tokyo, Dubai and London, and it lists Miami as being in the pipeline. Singapore remains the original, though. After a significant revamp in 2025, the team says this anniversary is about going back to the basics that built its name: Modern Asian food, social drinking and music with the skyline behind it.
Wednesday, 11 November: Wear Red
Ladies Night has been a Wednesday ritual at CÉ LA VI for 16 years, according to the venue, so the anniversary edition was always going to be the big one. Lady in Red plays up the brand’s signature colour with a Red Anniversary Cocktail, roving dancers dressed in red, and a surprise for every woman who walks in.
Entry is complimentary, the party runs from 10pm, and guests who turn up in theme have a shot at best-dressed prizes. The dancers are there for photos, so come with a charged phone.
It’s a Wednesday, so plan your Thursday morning accordingly.
Fridays Get a Soundtrack
Starting Friday, 6 November, Sky Bar Sessions gives the open-air Sky Bar a weekly sundowner. The series pairs golden hour with soulful house and rooftop grooves from a rotating roster of local selectors, which is club-speak for DJs who pick their records with care. Brendon P & Max Verrier open the series, and the music carries guests from sunset into dark.
The cocktails get a monthly refresh as well. CÉ LA VI says guest shifts will bring World Class bartenders and cocktail concepts from around the world to the Sky Bar. If a 10pm Wednesday sounds ambitious, this is the gentler way in: finish work, head up for the sunset, and still make it home at a respectable hour.
Saturday, 14 November: Think Pink
CÉ LA VI’s signature weekend brunch gets a rosé-tinted anniversary edition called A Touch of Rosé, co-presented with Whispering Angel on Saturday, 14 November. The idea is simple: friends, rosé and sweeping views of Marina Bay, with a splash of pink across the rooftop.
It’s also the one daytime option on the anniversary calendar.
13 New Dishes on the Table
If your night starts with dinner, the Restaurant has a new Modern Asian menu from Executive Chef Joshua Bedell. CÉ LA VI says its 13 new dishes lean on flavours that feel familiar across Asia, reworked through a contemporary lens so the quality of each ingredient comes through.

Highlights run from the fresh heat of an Ama Ebi Ceviche and a sweet-tangy Tiger Prawn to a smoky Claypot Rice and a rich Iberico Pork Chop. That’s a spread that moves from light and zingy to proper comfort food, which suits a table of friends who all want different things.
Claypot rice is the one we’d order first. Most Singaporeans grew up fighting over the crispy bottom of the pot at a zi char stall (the casual cook-to-order eateries found around HDB estates), so seeing it on a rooftop menu is a fun test of how far a familiar flavour can travel.
The smart move is stacking dinner with one of the nights. Eat on Wednesday, 11 November, then stay put for Lady in Red, or book an early dinner on a Friday and wander out to the Sky Bar for the sunset set.
Which One to Book?
If you can only make one, make it Lady in Red. Free entry, a red dress code and dancers built for photos add up to the most fun per dollar on the November calendar, and best-dressed prizes give the competitive friend something to aim for.

Our second pick is the opening Sky Bar Sessions on 6 November, because it’s the easiest one to slot into a normal week and it comes back every Friday if you miss the first. The rosé brunch rounds things out for the daytime crowd, and the new menu works as the anchor for whichever night you choose.
