The voice behind Lemon and IRIS OUT is finally coming to Singapore! Kenshi Yonezu plays the Singapore Indoor Stadium on Friday, 29 January 2027, and general tickets go on sale on Thursday, 22 October 2026, at 12pm, so fans here have only a few days to get their Ticketmaster logins and payment cards sorted.
One Night Only in Singapore
The concert is part of the KENSHI YONEZU 2026-2027 WORLD TOUR / GHOST. Live Nation announced on 15 October that the tour is expanding with new 2027 dates across Asia, North America, Europe and the UK. It follows his 2025 WORLD TOUR / JUNK, which travelled across Japan, Asia, Europe and the United States.
That single date is the detail to plan around. Seoul gets three nights at INSPIRE Arena on 14, 16 and 17 January. Singapore gets one Friday, so the queue on sale day is likely to be fierce.
After Singapore, the tour heads to Oakland Arena (4 February), the Kia Forum in Los Angeles (6 February), Palacio de los Deportes in Mexico City (9 February), Prudential Center in Newark (12 February) and Scotiabank Arena in Toronto (14 February). It wraps in Europe at The O2 in London (24 February), Accor Arena in Paris (26 February) and Ziggo Dome in Amsterdam (28 February).
From Bedroom Producer to Arena Headliner
Long before the arenas, Yonezu went by Hachi. Under that name he posted Vocaloid tracks, songs sung by synthesised voice software, on the Japanese video platform Niconico. He later began releasing music under his own name, and his songs have since become anime and drama themes.
Live Nation’s announcement lists the numbers behind the hype. According to the promoter, IRIS OUT, the theme of CHAINSAW MAN – THE MOVIE: REZE ARC, reached No. 5 on the Billboard Global 200, which Live Nation describes as the highest position ever for a Japanese-language song. It also spent 24 consecutive weeks at No. 1 on Oricon’s Weekly Streaming Chart. Live Nation adds that KICK BACK was the first Japanese-language song certified Platinum by the RIAA, and Lemon topped the Billboard JAPAN year-end chart two years running.
The live demand is real. Live Nation says the JUNK tour, across Japan, Asia, Europe and the United States, drew 440,000 attendees.
