Your kid’s Halloween costume has a second job this October. At LEGOLAND® Malaysia Resort in Iskandar Puteri, Johor, children aged 3 to 11 who arrive in full Halloween costume get free entry with every paying adult during Brick-or-Treat 2026. Singapore families who don’t want to spend a whole day across the Causeway can use the new Evening Ticket from 4pm, which costs RM85 (about S$27) for international adults and RM65 (about S$20) for international children. It’s still available on 15 to 17, 22 to 24 and 29 to 31 October.
Brick-or-Treat has been running at the Theme Park since 1 October and wraps up on 1 November 2026. The headline act this year is a brand-new character, the Mummy Queen.
Who Is the Mummy Queen?
The Mummy Queen is making her Brick-or-Treat debut as the newest member of the resort’s Halloween crew. She’ll pose for photos, but the real reason to track her down is Queen Bricktales, her spotlight segment at The Beginning Stage.
That stage runs a full monster storyline. It opens with The Monster Awakens, rallies with Zombie Cheerleader and the Cheer Squad, hands over to the Mummy Queen and signs off with One Last Boo! Frankenstein, The Witch, Lord Vampyre and Zombie Cheerleader all return. If your kids saw them last year, Queen Bricktales is where to find the new Mummy Queen, so plan your afternoon around it.
Free Entry Comes With Fine Print
The Malaysian deals site Miss Lobang reports some extra conditions. According to Miss Lobang, the deal gives one free child per full-price adult day ticket bought at the counter, capped at 200 children a day. It can’t be combined with the online 20% discount, and it can run out on busy weekend mornings.
Miss Lobang’s worked example uses Malaysian-resident counter prices of RM205 per adult for the Theme Park. On those rates, two adults and two costumed kids pay RM410, compared with RM608 at the online 20%-off prices. That’s a saving of RM198, as long as the cap of 200 children a day, per Miss Lobang, hasn’t been reached. Singapore visitors pay international rates, so the numbers will shift, but the advice stays the same: costume up and show up early.
There’s a payoff for the outfit inside too. The Brick-or-Treat Costume Contest runs daily at The Castle, so the costume that got your child in free might win them something as well.
What RM55 After 4pm Buys
The resort says this is the first time families can enjoy Brick-or-Treat after 4pm. To be precise, it’s the event’s first dedicated Evening Ticket. On the official ticketing page, the 2026 Evening Ticket costs:
- International guests (Singapore included): RM85 (about S$27) per adult, RM65 (about S$20) per child or senior
- Malaysian residents: RM75 (about S$24) per adult, RM55 (about S$17) per child or senior
Entry opens at 4pm. The ticket covers the Theme Park only, so the Water Park and SEA LIFE aren’t included, and you get selected rides rather than the full line-up. The Express, Dino Island and Boating School close at 7pm, so do those first. Ride availability can change for maintenance, safety or weather.
Outdoor rides and activities may close temporarily during heavy rain or lightning, which is a real possibility on an October evening in Johor.
Miss Lobang ties the free-costume deal to day tickets, so costumed kids still pay the child fare on an evening visit.
Spiders, Sweets and a Castle Gauntlet
Away from the stages, The Castle hosts seven Halloween challenges: Monster Munch Challenge, Boo-ling Bonanza, Scream-O-Meter, Monster Stomp, Giant Buzz Wire, Catch the Sticks! and Hammer Challenge. Scream-O-Meter is the one parents will be filming. The Trick-or-Treat Candy Trail runs there on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays in October 2026, according to the resort, with hidden goodies to find along the route.
Our favourite pick is Build-A-Spider at MINILAND, which runs daily. Kids build a LEGO arachnid that joins the resort’s target of more than 3,000 guest-built spiders in MINILAND, so they leave something behind. It’s a gentle, hands-on break between rides.
Down at The Beginning, Mischief Town and the Pumpkin Patch are where you’ll get your family photo. The Great Monster Chase 4D plays at LEGO® Studio 4D in IMAGINATION, followed by a LEGO Monsters after-party. Annual Passholders get 15% off LEGO retail products on spends below RM500, or 20% off from RM500, every Friday, Saturday and Sunday in October (terms apply).
Getting There From Singapore
Causeway traffic guides warn of heavy congestion on Thursday nights and Friday evenings, so check live checkpoint traffic before you leave.
The evening ticket closes at 8pm on Thursdays and 9pm on Fridays and Saturdays, so allow for the checkpoint eating into your first hour before you commit to a Thursday or Friday.
How It Stacks Up
If you’d rather stay home, Halloween Horror Nights at Universal Studios Singapore is a scare event and not one for small children. Our Halloween in Singapore 2026 guide sorts the local options by scare level.
For LEGO fans aged roughly 3 to 11, Brick-or-Treat is the easy choice. If your kids went to BRICKFEST 2026, they’ll already know the park well.
