Spooky, not scary: this is a weekend-by-weekend calendar of Halloween 2026 outings for kids in Singapore, running from 17 October to 1 November. Each pick lists the age the organiser gives, the price on the organiser’s own terms, and a book-by date wherever one exists, so parents can plan the whole month before the costume panic sets in.

Every Weekend at the Gallery
National Gallery Singapore’s Trick-or-Treat Family Fun has been running since 4 October. It continues on 17 to 18, 24 to 25 and 31 October, and 1 November, with sessions at 10.30am, 1pm and 3.30pm. The workshops take place at the Expression Workshop, Keppel Centre for Art Education, in the City Hall Wing on Level 1. The Gallery pitches it at children aged 3 to 12.

The pricing works in bundles. One parent and one child cost S$68. Each additional child adds S$38, and each additional parent adds S$32. The ticket includes admission to the General Admission exhibition spaces, so a family of four can turn the workshop into a full afternoon of art. Tickets can still be available onsite. Advance online ticket purchase is highly recommended to avoid disappointment, as availability may be limited.

The Halloween Maze and the trick-or-treating trail are free for everyone to join. The photo booth is open to Anchorpoint’s Instagram followers. Halloween face painting needs a minimum spend of S$20, excluding Cold Storage. Anchorpoint doesn’t state an age range, so parents of toddlers should judge the maze for themselves. Out east, the free Great Pumpkin Trail at Downtown East runs on weekends until its finale on 31 October.

Escape Rooms at Little Paddington
On Friday, 30 October, Little Paddington Preschool turns three rooms at its Sixth Avenue campus into a free Halloween escape-room adventure for children aged 3 to 6. Kids piece together artworks, hunt for hidden clues and try simple science experiments, with each room built around a different theme: art, different cultures and spooky science. Families are welcome, and entry is free.

Halloween Night at Shangri-La
Shangri-La Singapore’s Squeaky’s Trick or Treat Weekend runs on 30 October to 1 November, from 6.30pm to 8.30pm. It costs S$28 nett per child, and that price covers one accompanying adult, a trick-or-treat bag, a mini torch and treats. Because the adult is included, it’s one of the better-value evening options for a parent-and-child pair on Halloween itself. A minimum age isn’t stated.

On Halloween Horror Nights evenings, when the park hosts its separate after-dark event, the daytime programme closes earlier at 6pm. It needs a regular park ticket, and the organiser doesn’t state an age range.
Adventure Cove Waterpark’s Legend Keepers has been running daily since 1 September and ends on 1 November. Hours are 10am to 5pm, closing at 4pm on Saturdays, and it’s included with a one-day ticket. A Halloween theme that comes with a water day is a solid trade for families already planning one.

Where to Start

The National Gallery bundle suits families who want something calmer, since gallery admission is part of the price. On Halloween night itself, Shangri-La’s trick-or-treat weekend at S$28 nett per child, with one adult included, is hard to beat. The National Gallery’s Trick-or-Treat Family Fun recommends advance online booking to avoid disappointment; onsite tickets may be available.
