Williams Fan Zone at Marina Square: Free Entry Till 13 October

A full-scale Williams show car is parked inside a shopping mall in the middle of race week, and you don’t need a race ticket to see it. The Atlassian Williams F1 Team Fan Zone sits in the Central Atrium, Level 2, Marina Square, with free entry until Tuesday, 13 October 2026.

This guide is for F1 fans without a circuit pass, for anyone already near Marina Centre this weekend, and for anime and comic collectors who want some Williams merchandise. It covers what’s still on, when to go, and what’s worth your time. Session times and what’s on right now are in our Singapore Grand Prix guide.

Show:

What’s Left to See

The Fan Zone opened on Monday, 5 October. The headline appearances are now over. Williams driver Alex Albon came on Wednesday night, 7 October. TZUYU, a member of K-pop group TWICE who appears in Williams’ DAN DA DAN collaboration, held a live Q&A on Thursday morning, 8 October. James Vowles, the Williams Team Principal (the person who runs the team), spoke on Thursday evening.

By Williams’ own account, thousands of fans turned up for TZUYU’s session. Online, the line-up started a lively argument. Some fans loved the K-pop crossover, while others said they wanted more drivers and racing legends on stage. Both camps can agree on one thing: the weekdays with the big names have passed, so from Friday 9 October onwards the Fan Zone should be calmer.

Here’s what remains from Friday to Tuesday, according to Williams:

  • The show car. It’s a full-scale car in the team’s FW48 livery, the 2026 colours, and the obvious photo spot.
  • Interactive activations. Williams lists hands-on displays, including a haul-truck simulator linked to team partner Komatsu.
  • Merchandise. This includes the 2026 New Era team kit and items from the team’s Initial D and DAN DA DAN anime collaborations.
  • A Singapore-exclusive Williams x Marvel comic, which is the one collectors should look for first.

Williams says this is the fourth year in a row it has brought a Fan Zone to Singapore. Teams setting up in malls has become a regular part of race week, because it lets the city join in even when grandstand seats cost more than a month’s groceries.

The Hours and Where to Find It

Williams lists the opening hours as 11am to 9pm daily, every day of the run. The address is 6 Raffles Boulevard, Singapore 039594, and the Fan Zone is in the Central Atrium on Level 2. Hours sometimes change during race weekends, so check the team’s channels on the day before you make a special trip.

Plan your journey with care. The race itself runs from Friday 9 to Sunday 11 October, and Marina Square sits right beside the circuit. Our Thursday 8 October guide explains why driving into Marina Centre this week is a bad idea, because of road closures. The Friday 9 October guide covers the rest of what’s happening around town tonight.

What It Costs, and the App Perk

The Fan Zone is free to enter, and no race ticket is needed. You can walk in, look at the car, and walk out without spending anything.

Spending happens at the merchandise counter, and that’s where the Atlassian Williams F1 Team app helps. Williams says the app gives you a 10% discount, plus fan rewards, exclusive content, and a digital treasure hunt. If you plan to buy the New Era kit or the Marvel comic, download the app before you reach the till.

If you’ve already had a Williams-themed week, our piece on the three-lap challenge at Bugis Junction explains another way to win team merchandise without paying for it.

When to Go, and Who It’s For

Our pick is a weekday, either Monday 12 or Tuesday 13 October. Race weekend brings crowds to every mall around the circuit. After Sunday’s race, Marina Square should be quieter, the show car easier to photograph, and the remaining stock still on the shelves. Tuesday is the last day, so leaving it too late is risky if you want a specific item. That makes Monday the safer choice.

If you’re going to the circuit this weekend anyway, arrive early on Saturday and stop by around 11am, when the doors open, before the race-day crowds build.

Who should skip it? If you came only for Albon or Vowles, those sessions are finished. A static car and a merchandise table won’t make up for missing them. For everyone else, especially fans with an F1 interest and no ticket, a free close look at this season’s car is a good afternoon out, and the Marvel comic makes a souvenir you can only get here.
