Mondrian lists the brunch three ways:
- Food Only: S$98++ (unlimited food, no beverages)
- Free-Flow Brunch: S$138++ (unlimited food and free-flow beverages)
- Champagne upgrade: add S$78++ (Billecart-Salmon Champagne free-flow) on top
All three are the hotel’s listed prices for these two dates. The “++” means service charge and GST are added on top, so expect the final bill to come in higher than the headline number.
The pick for most people is the S$138++ free-flow option. The Champagne upgrade brings the total to S$216++, so it makes sense only if the Champagne is the point of your celebration.
