A life-sized LEGO Formula 1 (F1) car built from around 400,000 LEGO elements is parked at Suntec City until 18 October 2026, and walking up to it costs nothing. With the Singapore Grand Prix weekend running from 9 to 11 October, it’s the cheapest slice of race week going, no grandstand ticket required.
The car anchors LEGO F1® Experience the Thrill, which has been running at the mall’s Atrium between Towers 3 and 4 since Thursday, 1 October. Around it sit four interactive challenge zones, a brick mosaic wall, a minifigure hunt, and a retail pop-up whose discounts deserve a closer look before anyone reaches for a wallet.
A Parade Lap at 20km/h
Its official name is the VCARB F1® LEGO Big Build, after the Visa Cash App RB team, whose drivers took it around the circuit in the Drivers’ Parade at the 2025 Miami Grand Prix. So it drove on a real F1 track during a real race weekend, but in the traditional procession lap and never in the Grand Prix itself. LEGO’s own figures put the Miami cars’ top speed at roughly 20km/h, so nobody was troubling the timing screens.
That takes nothing away from the build. LEGO says ten of these cars were made for Miami by 26 designers, engineers, and builders at its facility in Kladno, in the Czech Republic, and its Singapore material credits this one with more than 1,800 hours of work. A brick-built car that carried F1 drivers around a circuit beats any static replica, and it’s the reason to make the trip!
4 Zones, 3 Stamps, 1 Reward
The challenges are free and need no purchase. Visitors register for a LEGO F1® Race Pass, collect an e-stamp at each zone they clear, and need three stamps out of four to claim a reward. Ages 4 to 12 get a LEGO Steering Wheel, while anyone aged 13 and above takes home a LEGO voucher.

The Gear-up Zone is the one with a proper fail state, because it gives 30 seconds to place every component of a VCARB-inspired Steering Wheel correctly against a reference model. Miss the clock and there’s no stamp, which is where the three-of-four rule turns kind to anyone with slow fingers.
The Sprint Zone copies an F1 race start: a sequence of lights builds up, and the button has to be hit the moment all of them turn red. Reacting within three seconds earns the stamp, a window generous enough that the stamp should be the easy part.

The harder prize sits on the leaderboard, where the three fastest reactions across the whole campaign period win LEGO F1 sets, subject to terms and conditions. A time posted this week has to survive until 18 October, so the kiasu (afraid-to-lose-out) move is to check the board again nearer the end.
The Speed Zone is the low-stress stop, a Formula 1-themed driving game where finishing is all the stamp requires. Anyone who fumbles the Steering Wheel build can bank this one and still stay on course for the reward.
A word on that reward before expectations run ahead: it’s available while stocks last. Treat it as a bonus for an afternoon already well spent, and read the terms at the redemption counter.
The Victory Zone asks for a victory pose beside a LEGO F1 Racer Minifigure, captured digitally and shared on social media before the stamp is awarded. That sharing condition is the catch for anyone who keeps a private feed.
Since only three stamps are needed, the fix is simple: skip Victory, clear the other three, and take photos elsewhere on your own terms. Podium pose optional.
Free Photos, Free Lucky Draw
The 3m x 2m Ultimate Brick Prix Mosaic Wall was created with Adult LEGO Fans, and members of the public can add their own builds through a guided community-building activity. The finished piece will show LEGO’s McLaren, Alpine, and Audi F1 cars in a high-speed battle, which makes a contribution here more lasting than a stamp.
Across the mall, the LEGO F1® Racer Minifigure Hunt hides ten life-sized minifigures with their technical crews. Scanning the QR code at each one enters a lucky draw for a LEGO City F1 Display Truck with Audi F1 Race Car.
The Pop-Up Maths
The LEGO Certified Store (Bricks World) pop-up beside the challenges opens from 10.30am to 9.30pm, advertising up to 25% off selected LEGO F1 sets. That figure is a ceiling: the only 25% deal named covers two Technic sets, the Aston Martin Aramco AMR25 F1 Car and the McLaren MCL39 F1 Car.
Speed Champions sets get 15% off for two and 20% off for three, with no tier listed beyond that. On an example basket, 15% of S$100 is S$15 off, and 20% of S$150 is S$30 off.
Gifts with purchase start with a Mini F1 Academy Car at S$89, then a LEGO Tyre Key Chain at S$150 and a LEGO Brick Sling Bag at S$249. The bag’s spend must be on Speed Champions, Technic, or Editions (Vehicles) sets. Whether those minimums are counted before or after discounts matters, because that S$100 basket less S$15 is S$85, under the first tier.
Buying both Ferrari helmets, or both McLaren helmets, adds a free Speed Champions car from the same team. That only pays off for collectors who wanted the pair anyway, so the three-set bundle is the clearest saving for most people.
Mall Perks, Ranked by Rate
Until 18 October, a Suntec+ transaction of S$120 earns a S$5 e-Voucher. At S$180 an additional S$10 arrives, so S$15 back in total. The reward stops there, which means a S$300 receipt earns the same S$15.
It’s limited to one redemption per shopper per day on a single same-day transaction, credited to the Suntec+ e-Wallet. Drivers get free parking after 5pm on weekdays with a S$20 spend, or four hours free on weekends and public holidays with S$80.
The dining e-Vouchers are billed as “up to S$45”, but the top one needs a S$280 spend at Coucou Hot Pot Brew Tea & Tea Me Tea, a rate of 16.1%. The best rate is the smallest voucher: S$10 on S$50 at HarriAnns Nonya Table is 20%. LONGJING gives S$25 on S$150 (16.7%), while TONSHOU and Wonderful Bapsang (S$15 on S$100) and Genki Sushi, Kiwami Gyoza & Ramen, and Sushiro (S$12 on S$80) all sit at 15%.
These need Suntec+ membership, are redeemed from the app’s Rewards Catalogue, and are valid until 31 October while stocks last. Check before ordering whether a voucher comes off the qualifying bill or a later one.
Race ticket holders have a separate list until 31 October, unlocked by showing an original F1 ticket in-store, one redemption per transaction. The picks are 30% off F1 shirts at The Shirt Bar, which beats SneakSurf’s 10% off selected F1 merchandise, and 20% off the total food bill at COCA. DANAMIC’s guide to where to eat, drink, and shop off the track covers the rest of race week.
The honest ranking is simple: the car is the draw, the stamps are a free bonus, and everything with a minimum spend is optional. Go for the 400,000 or so bricks before Sunday, 18 October, and check Suntec City’s Experience the Thrill page for the latest updates before heading down!
