vivo V60 Arrives in Singapore this September 2025

Following the reveal of the vivo V60, the latest edition of vivo’s V series, the company has announced that the smartphone will be coming to Singapore—and very soon as well!

The new vivo V60 is the successor to the vivo V50, which was released earlier this year. Like its predecessor, the highlights of the phone are its camera system and battery capacity. Here are more details about its features.

Back into the frame with ZEISS

The vivo V60 once again is all about portrait photography, returning with a collaboration with ZEISS to offer users a pro-level experience when taking portraits.

At the heart of the camera system is the 50 MP ZEISS Super Telephoto Camera, which lets users capture clearer portrait close-ups from a distance. It comes with a Sony IMX882 Sensor (1/1.953″) and a large f/2.65 aperture that provides greater optical zoom capabilities without needing to increase the camera module’s thickness.

With it, features like Telephoto Stage Portrait allow users to take detailed close-up shots from afar, making it the perfect tool during concerts! ZEISS Multifocal Portrait also gives users five portrait focal lengths that can be captured, each enhanced with ZEISS Style Bokeh that gives photos a cinematic look.

The telephoto camera is not limited to concerts though. vivo has also included a Telephoto Landscape Portrait feature, where users can easily frame subjects against landmarks in the background while zoomed in to avoid unwanted people in the crowd caught in the composition.

Completing the rear camera setup is a 50 MP main camera using a Sony IMX766 sensor, as well as an 8 MP ultrawide camera. Meanwhile, the front camera features a 50 MP selfie camera that offers more detailed selfies and group shots.

vivo V60 has been designed to be sleek yet durable. It features a 41-degree golden curvature that provides more comfort ergonomically, and it is made with New Diamond Shield Glass, making it the most drop-resistant device in the V series’ history. Additionally, the phone is IP68 and IP69 dust and water resistant, where it can endure submersion up to 1.5 meters for 120 minutes and high-pressure sprays of 80°C water.

Internally, the V60 is powered by the Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 chip, which can support high frame rate gameplay for titles like MLBB. Google Gemini is integrated into the device, with additional functions like real-time Call Captions and Translation, as well as AI Intelligent Summary among the features that users can take advantage of.

The final key feature of the vivo V60 is its large battery capacity. The company has managed to improve upon V50’s battery, bringing it up to 6,500mAh with the latest iteration. V60 also supports 90W FlashCharge, enabling it to get to full charge quickly, but also gives hours of power with just a few minutes of charging time.
