Samsung begins Tech-tember in earnest with the announcement of four new devices: the Galaxy S25 FE, Galaxy Tab S11 Series, Galaxy Tab S10 Lite, and Galaxy Buds3 FE—all of which are launching soon this September!
With this possibly being Samsung’s last big launch for the year, let’s see what the South Korean company has in store for everyone.
Samsung Galaxy S25 FE
No surprise to see that Samsung has returned to the Fan Edition line, this time to round off the Galaxy S25 series. And as expected, the Galaxy S25 FE has brought many of the flagship features from the S25 devices.
Samsung continues the trend of slimming down its devices, making the 6.7-inch Galaxy S25 FE just 7.4mm thin and weighing 190 grams – a reduction of 8% in thickness and 11% in weight over the S24 FE.
Despite the slimmer profile, Samsung has managed to include a bigger battery in the phone. At 4,900mAh, it is within touching distance of the S25 Ultra and will surely boast a long battery life when being used. It also now supports faster 45W wired charging and 15W Qi2 wireless charging when you eventually need to top it back up.
While the phone retains the same rear camera system from before (50-megapixel main camera, 8-megapixel telephoto camera, 12-megapixel ultrawide camera), it also comes with an upgraded 12-megapixel front camera, which will also provide low-light performance for night photography.
Last on the list of upgrades is a 10% larger vapour chamber, which will help the device’s thermal management. The Samsung Galaxy S25 FE is also the first to come with One UI 8 out of the box, bringing with it popular features such as Gemini Live, Circle to Search, and Audio Eraser, among others.
It is slated to launch on 19 September 2025 at a starting price of S$948 (8GB+128GB), with four colour variations available—Navy, Icyblue, Jetblack, and White.
Samsung Galaxy Tab S11 Series
Samsung’s tablet line returns, but there is a bit of a change with this year’s lineup. The previous Tab S10 series launched with the Ultra and Plus versions, eschewing the 11-inch model. However, the Galaxy Tab S11 series does a swap once again, bringing back the 11-inch version but leaving out the 12.4-inch “Plus”.
It is a curious change, though I suspect that Samsung is probably saving the slightly larger Plus for a Fan Edition version later down the line.
Nonetheless, the Galaxy Tab S11 series is very similar to its predecessor—you’re still getting the gorgeous 120Hz AMOLED screens, which look especially good on the huge 14.6-inch Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra. Those same displays receive an upgraded 1,600 nits peak brightness, with the Ultra getting other spec updates like a bigger battery and a slimmer 5.1mm profile.
But it is actually in other areas that the new premium tablets see the biggest updates. The Galaxy Tab line has always touted itself as laptop-adjacent with its Samsung DeX feature, and it has new functionality that furthers the desktop experience.
The first is workspaces. If you have ever used the Windows + Tab functionality on your computer, it works much the same way here on DeX. Users can create up to four separate workspaces on the device, all of which are customisable. For instance, you can have one workspace dedicated to just work-related apps and programs, while creating another with music apps for chilling out.
Extended Mode is the other new inclusion. With this feature, users can now have a dual-screen setup with the Galaxy Tab S11 alongside an external monitor. DeX runs across both screens simultaneously, with apps able to be dragged and dropped between displays —allowing users to multitask and providing greater flexibility in how they use the device.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab S11 devices also come with a redesigned S Pen. It now has a hexagonal body for a more ergonomic feel, and the pen tip has been updated with a cone-shaped design that supports increased tilt angles for better control.
Like the Galaxy S25 FE, the Galaxy Tab S11 series will ship with One UI 8 and have an updated 3nm MediaTek Dimensity 9400+ processor that brings an over 20% increase in performance for the CPU. GPU, and NPU.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab S11 series will similarly launch from 19 September 2025 in Singapore with two colour options – Grey and Silver. The Galaxy Tab S11 will start at S$1,198, while the Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra has a starting price of S$1,698.
Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 Lite
While the Tab S11 series has begun, Samsung is still not quite done yet with the S10 line. The company is introducing Galaxy Tab S10 Lite into the lineup, aimed to be an entry-point device for anyone looking to get into Samsung’s tablet ecosystem.
You might remember that the Galaxy Tab S10 FE line was only just launched in April this year, so where does the Tab S10 Lite fall in the whole tablet lineup? Talking with a Samsung representative, they mentioned that this device sits below the FE—with the FE bringing in flagship features from the main Tab line, while the Lite focuses on the essentials.
The Galaxy Tab S10 Lite is a 10.9-inch tablet with an LCD screen that has a peak brightness of up to 600 nits. It is equipped with an “upgraded” Exynos 1380 processor and an 8,000mAh battery capacity, with Super-Fast Charging support.
This device is mostly to be utilised for streaming and browsing, but it does also come with an S Pen, which you can use for drawing or note-taking. Features like Circle to Search are also available to use on the tablet.
The Galaxy Tab S10 Lite launches in Singapore from 19 September 2025, with Grey, Silver and Coralred as the available colour variants. It starts at S$488 for the Wi-Fi version.
Samsung Buds3 FE
Lastly, we have the Samsung Buds3 FE, a Galaxy Buds device which brings over some of the premium features from the flagship line in a more affordable package.
It shares the same sleek blade design as the Buds3 Pro, which utilises pinch and touch controls on the stem of the device. Hands-free use extends to Gemini, with the earbuds responding to “Hey Google” commands. It also comes with an IP54 rating, providing some protection against dust and water splashes.
On the performance, Samsung says the Buds3 FE boasts ANC performance similar to the Buds3 Pro and comes with Crystal Clear Call technology to isolate your voice during call conversations. Users will be able to get 6 hours of playtime from the earbuds with ANC on, with the charging case providing a total of 24 hours of use.
The Buds3 FE will be available from 12 September 2025 in Black or Grey, coming in with a suggested retail price of S$168.
That’s it for Samsung’s September 2025 launch lineup! All of these devices will be available for purchase at the physical Samsung Experience Stores, the Samsung Online Store, and their official store pages on e-commerce platforms(Lazada, Shopee, TikTok, KrisShop and iShopChangi), and major consumer electronics & IT stores.
