Throughout August, the world’s highest urban microbrewery will be offering a cacao-infused twist on both the Singapore Sling and the beef tenderloin, but believe it or not, it’s tastier than it sounds.

To start, the Cacao Sling offers a bold reinvention of the beloved local classic, blending cacao nib-infused Brass Lion Singapore Gin with Benedictine D.O.M., cherry brandy, pineapple, lemon, Aztec chocolate, and Angostura bitters for a complex cocktail with a bittersweet finish.
