Singapore is on a high with its SG60 celebrations, but did you know that another big name has turned 60? That name is Subway, who are also joining the celebration mood with the release of a new limited-time Laksa Pesto sub!
But that isn’t all. Subway is marking the double celebrations with the return of the fan-favourite Pandan Cookie, alongside other things to enjoy!
Laksa Pesto Sub
We begin first with the new Laksa Pesto Sub, which will be available at all Subway outlets for a limited time.
This new creation reimagines a local favourite in a unique East meets West way, featuring tender chicken thigh marinated in a rich and flavourful Laksa Pesto, which itself is made from aromatic laksa leaves. Hard-boiled eggs are added on top of the chicken, before more Laksa Pesto is layered onto it.
Subway recommends it served on Shallot bread for that extra crunch, making for an unforgettable sub that pays homage to one of our national dishes.
You can get the Laksa Pesto Sub a la carte at S$9.50 for a 6-inch sub or S$15.90 for a footlong.
Pandan Cookie returns, with a new Ice Cream Sandwich experience
Alongside the Laksa Pesto Sub, Subway is bringing back the Pandan Cookie!
The beloved cookie once again marries the comforting taste of pandan with Subway’s signature soft and chewy cookie, bringing a delightful snack that you can either have as an appetiser before digging into your sandwich or as a sweet ending after your meal.
But for Subway’s 60th anniversary, we are getting even more in addition to its return. Partnering with national icon Uncle Chieng, whose ice cream cart has brought smiles to many people over the years, they are introducing the Pandan Cookie Ice Cream Sandwich for fans to try.
It combines an indulgent bar of raspberry ripple ice cream with the soft Pandan Cookie sandwiching it before being finished with toasted coconut flakes – a fresh take on a local classic.
Better yet, the Subway Pandan Cookie Ice Cream Sandwich is available for free! You can make your way down to the limited-time activation and redeem a free Pandan Cookie Ice Cream Sandwich. Here are the details:

August and September Promotions
Subway’s 60 anniversary continues in August!
To thank fans for 60 years of support, Subway is having voucher giveaways islandwide throughout the month, with surprise voucher drops to special redemptions on offer. More details are expected to roll out on Subway Singapore’s Instagram.
The celebrations also extend to September. The Signature Subs line will be available for just S$6 every Wednesday of the month, and you can top up an additional S$1 to complete the meal with a refreshing 16-ounce drink.
