Our Experience at Sentosa GrillFest 2025

Sentosa GrillFest 2025 is finally here! Running from 17 July to 10 August 2025 (every Friday to Sunday), Sentosa’s premier beachside food fest once again brings a whole host of food and drink options amid the chill vibes of the Sentosa coast.

We were there for Day 1 of the event – taking in the sounds of the sizzles and the chill breeze around the sandy beach whilst, of course, stuffing ourselves silly with heaps of food. Want to know what Sentosa GrillFest 2025 is all about? Here is our experience!

Entering Sentosa GrillFest 2025 / Local Grills

Head towards Siloso Beach to find Sentosa GrillFest

As you disembark from Beach Station and make your way towards Siloso Beach, you’ll soon see the unmistakable archways and banners signalling that you have found GrillFest.

Sentosa GrillFest 2025 begins near Coastes and stretches just beyond Rumours Beach Clubs, with more than 30 food and beverage stalls lining the pathway and beach area, with smoky wafts in the air alongside the visual of chefs doing what they do best: cooking.

The Local Grills zone features local food brands

This year’s GrillFest holds five zones in total, and the stalls found on the walkway are part of the Local Grills zone. Here, you’ll find a lineup of local brands serving up a storm, with a variety of options for visitors to choose from.

There are familiar names like Co+Nut+ink, as well as ones from Sentosa themselves (Siloso Beach Resort and Ola Beach Club), offering up their grilled delights to customers. Stalls that are making their debut here at Sentosa GrillFest 2025 include Smokeque and Oud Restaurant, so if you are a seasoned GrillFest visitor, be sure to check them out too!

Find tables and seats nearby to enjoy your food

Luckily as well, there are plenty of tables available right near the stalls; you won’t have to go hunting for a place to sit down! Plus, GrillFest has set up giant fans to ensure that visitors can stay cool while enjoying their meal.

Marketplace

Halfway through the walking path, visitors will reach the Emerald Pavilion, which holds the second area of Sentosa GrillFest 2025 – the Marketplace.

This is a new concept for the event, encouraging visitors to bring GrillFest back to their homes by offering them the opportunity to buy a curated list of premium products. These not only include items such as meat and beverages, but also fresh, locally farmed seafood and vegetables.

Marketplace at Emerald Pavilion offers many types of products

And if you want to savour the ingredients immediately, the Marketplace also features interactive live stations with chefs who will skillfully prepare your food on the spot, presenting a visual spectacle on the grill right before your eyes.

But of course, there is nothing better than cooking it yourself, and our next zone is the place where you can enjoy it with a view.

GrillHouse

GrillHouse is its own small little space where you can grill your own food!

Another concept making its debut at Sentosa GrillFest 2025 is GrillHouse, letting visitors be their own grill masters for the night!

GrillFest has partnered with Ninja Kitchen Singapore for GrillHouse, equipping tables with a Ninja Foodi Smart XL Grill to let guests grill their own food at GrillFest! And with the backdrop of the beach and coast in view, it makes for a very immersive dining experience.

The Marketplace is one place to get your ingredients, but another can be found within the GrillHouse area. Three different types of DIY BBQ set platters are available for purchase, featuring various ingredients to choose from, including Tiger Prawns, Half Shell Scallop, King Crab, Pork Belly, Wagyu Karubi Slice, and much more!

If you own an air fryer, the Ninja Foodi Smart XL operates pretty much the same way! Simply set the cooking mode, temperature level, and timing to get grilling started. Plus, the device is large enough to place multiple items on the grill. The only nitpick is that because the grill is so big, table space is at a premium. Be sure to combine tables together for more space if there are any available.

As fast as the Ninja Foodi Smart XL can cook, you still need to wait for the food to be ready. Luckily, GrillHouse offers ready-made food to accompany your grill platters. There are à la carte seafood options like Sambal Stingray (S$12), Whole Roasted Pig with Spicy Crack Sauce ( 200g S$15 / 400g S$26) from the Meat section, and the Aburi Bar stocks sashimi dishes like Torched Salmon (S$14).

A la carte options are also available for purchase

And of course, you can also bring in items from the other Sentosa GrillFest 2025 stalls to GrillHouse to fill up your table!

International Grills and Beachside Grills

We now arrive at the final two zones for Sentosa GrillFest 2025 – the International Grills and Beachside Grills.

The International Grills zone is full of international options

As the name suggests, the International Grills zone gives visitors the opportunity to try out dishes that are a little more exotic, like Hawaiian food from  HAWAIIAN LUAU by UB3!

One of the faces to GrillFest this year is Camp Caribbean x Carnaby. Helmed by Jamaican Chef Ricardo Allen and burger master Adam Penney, the stall brings a taste of Jamaica, Trinidad and the Caribbean isles alongside comforting British meals like mini Sunday Roast.

Meanwhile, deeper into the beach area is the Beachside Grills zone. This zone is more of a visual spectacle for visitors, with stalls having an open display of grilling and flame-cooking against the backdrop of the seaside.

One stall making its debut is CHARROU, who is bringing its signature Trio Buns to Grillfest! Inside, these buns come with a delicious combination of crispy golden siu yuk, crystal char siew, and roasted duck, all tucked nicely into soft lotus buns.

But we also can’t forget to mention a returning favourite: Jett Barbecue.

Jett Barbecue’s Chua Jett Yong is back once again with his famous custom-built offset smoker from Texas to bring customers Texas-style Barbeque Beef Ribs, found in selections like the Smoked Duo Beef and the Smoked Beef Cheek Burger.
