Din Tai Fung sadly closed its doors at Resorts World Sentosa back in 2023, but now the wildly popular Taiwanese restaurant franchise is back in the area – this time bringing something new! Opened on 25 June 2025, Din Tai Fung Resorts World Sentosa is offering visitors a premier elevated dining concept with the inclusion of a new cocktail bar.
Located at WEAVE @ Resorts World Sentosa (RWS), this outlet introduces Din Tai Fung’s first cocktail bar in Asia, and also provides diners with other highlights like exclusive new dishes, hands-on experiences, and a dedicated retail space.
The Cocktail Bar

The new cocktail bar is easily found at the entrance of the restaurant, welcoming guests to enjoy the flavours on offer. Three highlight signature cocktails can be enjoyed at the bar, each inspired by the characters in Din Tai Fung’s name.
The first is Din 鼎 (S$30), a delicate yet vibrant creation that suits those who prefer floral and fruity profiles. It is made of Bombay Sapphire Gin, homemade jasmine syrup, lychee juice, strawberry purée and a splash of lemon juice—creating an aromatic and refreshing starter before your meal.
Meanwhile, Tai 泰 (S$30) is a tropical-inspired blend featuring citrus-infused Patrón Silver Tequila, fresh pineapple, lime juice, and a drizzle of honey. The concoction brings a zesty and uplifting combination with an equal balance of sweet and tangy.
Finally, Fung 豐 (S$30) is crafted using Bacardi Spiced Rum, Bénéroy Fine Calvados, fragrant house-made lemongrass and ginger syrup, lemon juice, and a hint of ginger beer. Expect a drink with bold and spiced characteristics that provides a soothing warmth.
Additionally, diners can also order some bar bites like Taiwanese Fried Chicken 盐酥鸡 (S$9.80) and Taiwanese Crispy Battered Squid 酥炸鱿鱼 (S$11.80) to accompany these three unique cocktails.
Exclusive dishes
While guests can still look forward to favourites like the Steamed Pork Xiao Long Bao, Din Tai Fung Resorts World Sentosa is also bringing refined interpretations of classic dishes to enjoy.
One such highlight is the Steamed Beef Tenderloin Xiao Long Bao 牛柳小笼包 (S$18 for 6pc | S$27 for 10 pc), which comes with premium minced beef tenderloin and umami-rich broth hidden inside the delicate pleated wrappers. You can also opt to enjoy the filling in a different form with the Steamed Beef Tenderloin Buns 牛柳包 (S$4.80 per pc | S$13.80 for 3 pc).
But there are more bun types to choose from! Din Tai Fung Resorts World Sentosa is also offering Steamed Yuzu Coconut Buns 香柚椰子包 (S$3 per pc | S$8.50 for 3 pc) as part of the menu, marrying Southeast Asian warmth with Japanese elegance. The buns feature delicate skin infused with grated coconut and palm sugar, with the insides filled with rich coconut milk and tangy yuzu.

There’s also the Steamed Kaya Buns 椰香咖椰包 (S$3 per pc | S$8.50 for 3 pc), which pays homage to Peranakan tradition. Palm sugar is used with its dough to bring a gentle caramel taste, and it also features toasted grated coconut with every bite.
For something more dessert-centric, the restaurant has the Honey Chocolate Buns 蜜香可可流心包 (S$4.20 per pc | S$12 for 3 pc) for those with a sweet tooth.
Lobster is also one ingredient that Din Tai Fung Resorts World Sentosa is keen to highlight, showcasing it with their Premium Lobster Dry Noodle in Chef’s Seafood Sauce 龙虾干拌面佐秘制海鲜酱 (S$39.80) dish. Wild-caught Boston lobster is at the heart of it, and the dish is accompanied by housemade seafood sauce, shredded scallop mixture, onsen eggs, and fresh leeks before being completed with spring onions.

These aren’t the only dishes visitors can look forward to at Din Tai Fung Resorts World Sentosa. Throughout the year, the restaurant will have seasonal offerings that add a dynamic dining experience.
Retail experience

Alongside the dining, customers can also add some merchandise to their orders when visiting the restaurant.
There will be a curated selection of merchandise available, including made-in-Taiwan condiments such as Taiwan Chilli Oil 辣油 (S$16) and Fragrant Chilli Sauce 豐味香辣酱 (S$16), as well as snacks like Din Tai Fung’s Pineapple Cakes 鼎泰豐凤梨酥 (S$32.80).
You can grab a range of frozen retail products as well to enjoy Din Tai Fing’s offerings in the comfort of your home, with Steamed Custard Buns, Steamed Pork Buns, Steamed Layered Cake, and Handmade Pork & Cabbage Dumplings all available for purchase.
Souvenirs are also part of the retail experience. Choose among the likes of the Din Tai Fung Chopsticks 平安筷 (S$15.90), Mascot Plush Toys 包仔娃娃 (S$43), and Enamel Pins 微章 (S$12) as a gift for someone, or yourself!
