Geoff Keighley was back once again to take over from where E3 left off with his Summer Game Fest 2025 showcase, bringing a ton of announcements and reveals during the two-hour show.

With so many games on show, it is easy for some stuff to get lost in the weeds. Which is why we collated a full list of every single showing from Summer Game Fest 2025—that’s right, all 50+ game announcements and trailers are listed right here.

Mortal Shell II Revealed

Developer Cold Symmetry’s soulsike action-RPG game Mortal Shell is receiving a sequel. Kicking off the Summer Game Fest 2025 show, the reveal trailer for Mortal Shell II teased some of the brutal gameplay that fans can expect.

It is expected to launch in 2026 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series consoles, and PC.

New Look At Death Stranding 2’s Cutscene

Hideo Kojima showed up to support his best bud Geoff Keighley with a first look at a cutscene from Death Stranding 2 ahead of its release later this month (26 June 2025). The cutscene focuses on Luca Marinelli’s Neil and Alissa Jung’s Lucy, giving us a glimpse into their relationship.

Tom Hardy Introduces Chronicles: Medieval – A Medieval Warfare Game

Raw Power Games is a new studio from Copenhagen, Denmark, and they were on hand to reveal their debut project, Chronicles: Medieval.

With actor Tom Hardy narrating the trailer, the game teased a medieval European setting with ambitious, large-scale battles; the end of the video showed the player character on horseback, getting ready to lead an army to attack.

It’ll be out in Early Access for PC through Steam in 2026.

Sonic and his friends aren’t the only people racing in Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds. SEGA surprised fans at Summer Game Fest 2025 by revealing that guest characters from other games will also be taking to the tracks!

SEGA’s roster of characters, such as Like a Dragon’s Ichiban Kasuga and Persona 5’s Joker, make an appearance in this game, as do other franchises like Hatsune Miku and even Steve from Minecraft (who is arriving as DLC). So the game indeed lives up to its name!

The trailer had one final delight for fans at the end, announcing that the game will launch on 25 September 2025.

Code Vein II Brings Back Anime Soulslike Action

Six years after it launched, Bandai Namco has revealed that cult-favourite game Code Vein is getting a surprise sequel.

The anime aesthetic is back for this game, with players exploring a post-apocalyptic world inhabited by creatures. In its debut trailer, time seems to play a key role in Code Vein II alongside the return of its soulslike action gameplay.

It will make its way to PlayStation 5, Xbox Series consoles, and PC in 2026.

Moody Sci-Fi Horror Game End of Abyss Revealed

Epic Games Publishing unveiled the first game from developer Section 9 Interactive, End of Abyss. The game is a sci-fi action-adventure title with horror elements, with the moody trailer showing the main character facing off against a slew of gruesome monsters. It is slated to launch in 2026 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series consoles, and PC (Epic Games).

MOUSE P.I. For Hire Unveils Troy Baker As The Main Character

The unique 1930s cartoon-inspired FPS MOUSE P.I. For Hire had a quick showcase at Summer Game Fest 2025, this time announcing that Troy Baker—famous for his performances in The Last of Us, Bioshock Infinite, and the recent Indiana Jones and the Great Circle—will be playing the main character, Jack Pepper.

Conquer the Seven Kingdoms With New Game of Thrones: War for Westeros RTS Game

There’s more Game of Thrones coming our way, this time with a new real-time strategy game, Game of Thrones: War for Westeros.

The game will let players command the Great Houses and even take control of the Night King himself in order to conquer the Seven Kingdoms. Players can either play solo or duke it out in free-for-all multiplayer. It is slated to launch in 2026 for PC.

Atomic Heart II Revealed

If Atomic Heart stole your heart two years ago when it released, then the announcement of the sequel, Atomic Heart II, is sure to delight you.

The reveal trailer made a splash at Summer Game Fest 2025, showcasing the crazy dystopian sci-fi world of the new game. Curiously, Geoff Keighley described it as a spiritual successor to the first game rather than a direct sequel, so we’ll see what awaits us when the game comes out in 2026.

Get More From The Atomic Franchise With The Cube: Atomic Universe

But that’s not all. Developer Mundfish announced the expansion of the Atomic Heart franchise with the reveal of another project they are working on: The Cube: Atomic Universe. The game is an MMORPG shooter set in the Atomic Universe, with a giant cube at the centre of the story. 

No release date was announced, but it is expected to launch on consoles and PC.

MARVEL Cosmic Invasion Unveils She-Hulk and Rocket Raccoon As Playable Characters

Arcade-style beat ’em up game MARVEL Cosmic Invasion was at Summer Game Fest 2025 to show off two new characters for the game. She-Hulk and Rocket Raccoon join the roster alongside Captain America, Wolverine, Spider-Man, Storm, Phyla-Vell, Venom, and Nova.

Onimusha: Way of the Sword Gets New Trailer

We got a fresh look at Onimusha: Way of the Sword, with the game showcasing more gameplay footage and teasing a mysterious woman at the end of its new trailer.

Felt That Boxing Brings Muppets Into The Ring

Muppets meet Punch-Out in Felt That Boxing, a unique comedy boxing game by Sans Strings Studio who unveiled their game at Summer Game Fest 2025.

Not only do the characters actually look and move like puppets, but the game’s trailer also revealed that Grammy-winning artist Flying Lotus will be making music for it!

Deduce Your Enemies in Social Deduction Game Killer Inn

Square Enix has a new social deduction game called Killer Inn. While the game similarly requires players to figure out who is against them, like Among Us, it seems much more action-heavy from its reveal trailer.

ARC Raiders Announces 30 October Release Date

The highly anticipated extraction shooter title ARC Raiders made a quick appearance at Summer Game Fest 2025 to show off a new trailer for the game, which also revealed that it will be releasing on 30 October 2025. It will launch on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series consoles, and PC.

Dune Awakening Gives Fans a Brand-New Look Ahead of Its Launch

Dune Awakening showcased a brand-new look at the game ahead of its launch on 10 June 2025, while also reminding people that they can play it right now through Steam Advanced Access.

Chrono Odyssey Invites Players To June Playtest

Previously announcing that they were holding a closed beta test in June, Chrono Odyssey finally revealed when it will take place with its new trailer. Players can get their first experience of the game from 20 June to 22 June 2025.

Wuthering Waves Presents New Trailer For Version 2.4 

The Version 2.4 update for Wuthering Waves is coming soon on 12 June 2025, and developer Kuro Games unveiled a new trailer for it at Summer Game Fest 2025 ahead of its launch.

Co-op Platformer Adventure Game Out of Words Revealed

Epic Games Publishing was back again, this time announcing a new cooperative platformer adventure game – Out of Words.

The game is uniquely handcrafted by the developers, with the characters moving in stop-motion animation. It follows Kurt and Karlam, and together with a friend, you’ll traverse a colourful world to find their lost voices. Out of Words is set to launch in 2026 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series consoles, and PC.

Mafia: The Old Country Shows Off Enzo Favara’s Story

Mafia: The Old Country had a new story trailer to show off specially for Summer Game Fest 2025, focusing on main character Enzo Favara’s journey into crime.

Lego Voyagers is a New Two-player Co-op adventure

There’s a new LEGO game incoming, but nope, it isn’t tied to any existing franchise—this is an original premise starring the LEGO bricks themselves.

Lego Voyagers is a two-player co-op adventure game where both you and a friend play as two tiny LEGO blocks journeying through a brick-filled world. It’ll come out sometime in 2025 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series consoles, PlayStation 4, Switch, and PC. The game will also feature a friend pass like the recent Split Fiction game, letting you play with a partner using only a single purchase.

Adventure in a Fantasy Land With The Nicktoons in Nicktoons & the Dice of Destiny 

The Nicktoons are up to another adventure again with Nicktoons & the Dice of Destiny. This time, the game is a four-player cooperative action RPG set within a fantasy land, with SpongeBob SquarePants the first character introduced for its reveal trailer.

Lies of P: Overture DLC Can Now Be Played

The long-awaited DLC expansion for Lies of P got a shadow-drop at Summer Game Fest 2025, with the new trailer for Lies of P: Overture announcing that fans can play it right now!

Fractured Blooms Is A Strange Life Sim By Doki Doki Literature Club Plus! Developer

What do you get when you cross Doki Doki Literature Club with Silent Hill? You get a game like Fractured Blooms. Developed by Serenity Forge, Fractured Blooms is a time loop life simulation game, though from its trailer, something weird is clearly happening.

No release date was announced, but it’ll be available for PC when it comes out.

Blade & Soul Heroes Arrives This September

Blade & Soul Heroes had a quick trailer at Summer Game Fest 2025, announcing that it will be coming out for the West sometime in September this year for PC, Purple, iOS, and Android.

Mina the Hollower Announces October Release Date

Yacht Club Games, developers of the critically acclaimed Shovel Knight, have finally revealed the release date of their 8-bit action adventure game, Mina the Hollower, after a long wait. 

The world premiere trailer gave us a new look at the game and also announced that it will launch on 31 October 2025 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series consoles, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Switch, and PC. Better still, they also revealed that there’s a limited-time demo on Steam if you can’t wait to experience the game.

Become Deadpool In Marvel’s Deadpool VR

Step aside, Ryan Reynolds—it’s time for another name to play Deadpool. Marvel’s wickedly wacky anti-hero has a new game coming out for fans, this time in VR.

Marvel’s Deadpool VR sees Neil Patrick Harris take up the role of Deadpool, with the trailer showing that the game doesn’t shy away from the violence. It’ll be out sometime in late 2025 for the Meta Quest 3.

Dying Light: The Beast Reveals Launch Date

Dying Light: The Beast unveiled a hefty new gameplay trailer at Summer Game Fest 2025, while also announcing that the game is coming out pretty soon: 22 August 2025.

Mixtape Reappears with New Trailer

We last saw Mixtape at the Xbox Showcase last year, capturing our imagination with its John Hughes-inspired vibes. After a year-long silence, we finally get to see more from the game with a new trailer at Summer Game Fest 2025.

Towa and the Guardians of the Sacred Tree is a New Roguelike action Game by Bandai Namco

Bandai Namco showed off a new game made by developer Brownies – Towa and the Guardians of the Sacred Tree. In the same vein as Hades, Towa and the Guardians of the Sacred Tree plays as a top-down action game with rougelike elements. But in this game, you can fight in a two-person setup, with multiple characters to choose from.

Acts of Blood Brings The Raid-like Action

Beat ’em up action game Acts of Blood is a new game by developer Eksil Team that seems to be inspired by The Raid movies, from the brutal melee fights to even its Indonesian setting. It is coming to PC in Summer 2026.

Scott Pilgrim EX Unveiled

Here’s a new Scott Pilgrim game, this time from Tribute Games. The studio has a considerable pedigree; not only did they make Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder’s Revenge and MARVEL Cosmic Invasion (which was featured earlier), but the original founders have also all worked on Scott Pilgrim vs. the World: The Game when they were at Ubisoft. 

Scott Pilgrim EX sees the cast return in a brand-new brawling adventure, with Bryan Lee O’Malley—creator of the Scott Pilgrim series—penning an original story for the game. It will launch in early 2026 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series consoles, Switch, PlayStation 4, Switch, and PC.

The First Descendant: Breakthrough Announces August Launch

Free-to-play co-op looter shooter The First Descendant revealed the launch date for their upcoming Season 3 update, Breakthrough. It will be available on 7 August 2025

SCUM Unveils Its Release Date

The multiplayer open-world survival game SCUM is leaving early access and revealed in its Summer Game Fest 2025 trailer that it will formally launch for PC soon on 17 June 2025.

MindsEye Teases Hitman Crossover

We got a fresh look at Leslie Benzies’ new game MindsEye, with a launch trailer before its release on 10 June 2025. But it was at the very end that proved to be most interesting, teasing a crossover with the Hitman series.

Agent 47 x 007: LeChiffre From Casino Royale Comes To Hitman

IO Interactive’s Hitman expertise saw them land the James Bond gig, resulting in the recent unveiling of 007 First Light. However, Summer Game Fest 2025 gave us all an extra surprise by bringing the two franchises together.

Le Chiffre, the iconic villain from Casino Royale, is making an appearance in Hitman: World of Assassination as an elusive target from 6 June to 6 July 2025. Mads Mikkelsen returns to the role, and it sees Agent 47 hunting down Le Chiffre around a casino setting in Paris.

Wildgate Announces July Release 

Team-based FPS Wildgate showed off a new look at the game, but more importantly, they also announced on stage that it will be launched on 22 July 2025.

DrinkBox Studios Reveals Blighted

DrinkBox Studios, developers of Guacamelee! and Nobody Saves the World, are back with their latest title – Blighted. Sporting similar vibrant visuals to its predecessors, the game is a Metroidvania action RPG that sees you explore a psychedelic world while fighting against its nightmarish inhabitants.

Atomic Heart’s developer Mundfish is also publishing games under Mundfish Powerhouse, and they unveiled their very first game to be published under this label: ILL.

ILL is a first-person survival horror game that features a dismemberment mechanic similar to the Dead Space series, which you’ll need to utilise against the freaky creatures shown in its debut trailer.

Mecha BREAK Will Release In July

Free-to-play mecha shooter Mecha BREAK has amassed a strong fanbase, and they’ve been waiting to hear when the game will be launched. At Summer Game Fest 2025, developer Seasun Games unveiled in their latest trailer that it will come out soon on 1 July 2025.

Fight as a Space Insect In Infinitesimals

Ever think what Grounded would look like if it were set somewhere on an alien planet? That’s what Infinitesimals is! The sci-fi action game sees you play as a miniature protagonist who must navigate a mysterious planet after being stranded. Not only are environments gigantic from your perspective, but also the enemies.

Project Century is now STRANGER THAN HEAVEN

Ryu Ga Gotoku Studio’s mysterious Project Century gave fans a new look at the game, showcasing more of what we could expect when we play it. But probably the biggest reveal from its trailer is that we finally get its proper name: STRANGER THAN HEAVEN.

Resident Evil Requiem Announced By Capcom

Surprise! Though Capcom initially did not seem ready to show off their next Resident Evil game, they did a fake-out and saved it as the final announcement for Summer Game Fest 2025.

The ninth entry of the franchise is called Resident Evil Requiem and follows new protagonist Grace Ashcroft as she investigates a series of suspicious incidents. In its debut trailer, Capcom teased a return to Raccoon City as well as a bold shift in direction for the series.

Resident Evil Requiem is dated for 27 February 2026 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series consoles, and PC. Capcom is also bringing a playable demo to gamescom 2025, which runs from 20 to 24 August 2025.
