Attention, all Little Monsters! As we gear up for the next three Lady Gaga shows in Singapore, here’s the official guide from Singapore Sports Hub to get the best possible experience.
Packed with essential information—like venue access details, security reminders, transport tips, and other helpful pointers for a seamless and memorable night at the National Stadium—we recommend giving this guide a read so that you’re fully prepared and in the know even before the concert starts.
So, without further ado, here are some key details you’ll want to take note of before welcoming the Mother Monster herself!
Travel Light
First of all, be sure to pack only essential items to ensure a smooth entry and to help speed up security checks. Pro tip: For even faster entry, go bagless to enjoy breezing through the express queue!
Also, do note that the following items, among others in the event guide’s complete list, are not permitted:
- All cameras (including digital, video, Polaroid, and film)
- All glassware and glass bottles
- Flags, placards and banners with offensive slogans, political messages or advertisements
- Bags exceeding 35cm x 20cm x 30cm
- Fan boards exceeding A3 size (42cm x 29.7cm)
- Soft toys exceeding A4 size (21cm x 29.7cm)
- Binoculars exceeding A5 size (14.8cm x 21cm)
Should you accidentally bring any of these items to the National Stadium, fret not–lockers are available site-wide at Singapore Sports Hub.
Take Public Transport and Arrive Early
Next, expect crowds and heavy traffic on event days due to the high volume of visitors–it’s Gaga after all. Ticket-holders are strongly advised to use public transport since parking spaces are limited, and to arrive early for a meal before the event starts.

- Taxi/Private Hire: Drop-off points at Stadium Drive and Kallang Wave Mall
- Bus:
- Bus Stop No. 80219 and 80211 – Services 10, 14, 16, 70, 196
- Bus Stop No. 80199 – Service 11
- MRT: Sports Hub is conveniently located near different MRT lines, including
- Circle Line: Stadium MRT Station (CC6)
- East-West Line: Kallang MRT Station ( EW10)
- Thomson-East Coast Line: Tanjong Rhu MRT Station (TE23)
Purchase Only from Official Sellers
Now, this tip should be obvious, but only purchase original tickets and official merchandise from authorised sources! Only tickets from Ticketmaster, Klook and KrisFlyer will be accepted, and concert-goers who are found to have purchased resale tickets will be turned away from the events with no refunds given.
Booths for official Lady Gaga in Singapore merchandise will be located at OCBC Square, and both Level 1 and 3 ticket-holders can also head to booths located at National Stadium Gate 2 as well as those inside the stadium concourse at Gates 3 and 21.
Finally, patrons are not allowed to queue overnight and are advised to, once again, check the event guide for exact merchandise booth operating dates and hours.
Activate Your Global Credentials on Ticketmaster
On a shorter note, do activate your global credentials on your Ticketmaster account in order to retrieve those tickets ahead of time.
