Known for its vibrant atmosphere and hearty menu, the Clarke Quay outlet quickly established itself as a late-night essential.
At The Cathay, Tsui Wah continues this tradition while introducing a refreshed dining experience. The outlet’s design balances sleek, contemporary finishes with subtle nods to its heritage, creating a space that feels both stylish and familiar. With 106 seats spread across 2,400 square feet, the new location offers a vibrant yet cosy atmosphere ideal for casual meals, family gatherings, or solo indulgence.

To celebrate the launch at The Cathay, Tsui Wah is offering an exclusive set meal priced at S$15.80 (usual price $20.10), available from 1 May to 30 June 2025. The promotion is available only at this new outlet and showcases the brand’s signature blend of comfort and quality.
Diners can choose between two main dishes: the Scallion Oil Pork Chop with Triple Eggs and Steamed Rice (三眼仔蔥油豬扒飯) or the Scallion Oil Chicken Steak with Triple Eggs and Steamed Rice (三眼仔蔥油雞扒飯). Each dish features tender meat, pan-seared to perfection, topped with fragrant scallion oil and three sunny-side-up eggs.
To complete the set, guests may select one of two handcrafted drinks. The Handmade Bitter Gourd Lemon Tea offers a detoxifying, earthy bitterness balanced with citrus, while the Handmade Lemon Tea delivers a refreshing burst of zesty brightness with just the right touch of sweetness.

For diners who want to take a piece of Tsui Wah home, the new bottled drinks collection is available exclusively at The Cathay outlet. These ready-to-go beverages embody the brand’s signature flavours in a convenient format.
The Signature Coffee (瓶裝招牌咖啡) delivers a bold, aromatic brew perfect for starting your day or enjoying a mid-afternoon pick-me-up. For those who enjoy a blend of tea and coffee, the Yuen Yeung (特色鴛鴦) offers the best of both worlds with a smooth, balanced flavour. Lastly, the Citrus Honey (金裝桔仔蜜) combines tangy lemon with natural honey, creating a light and soothing drink ideal for warm days.
Each bottle is priced at S$4.80 and crafted with the same care found in Tsui Wah’s dine-in offerings.
