There’s really no experience like the hawker centre. For those who struggle with indecision for food, hawker centres are bound to be your best friend! So many cuisines, all in the same vicinity, free for you to pick and choose – is there anything better? Well, easties, here’s another one coming to you – a sleek new Kopitiam Food Hall in Parkway Parade.
With the mall situated by the coast, this Food Hall exudes a calm elegance, complete with soothing blue hues and Peranakan details, marrying modernity with traditional influences. Looking like something out of an adorable dessert cafe, guests can look forward to bright-coloured furniture, neon signs and a spritely ambience!
Beautiful peonies decorate the wall mural in the Peranakan-inspired family cove, granting a feast for your eyes alongside your stomach. A unique blend of Chinese and local Southeast Asian traditions, these motifs were born from a collaboration with The Intan, Singapore’s award-winning Peranakan Home Museum.
Eats

Okay, I know what you’re waiting for – what is there to eat? From the classic herbal soups to the must-have mala hotpot stall, this Food Hall at Parkway Parade has all your usuals and then some. The rich, enticing aroma of beef noodles floats through the air, emanating from Blanco Court Beef Noodles. Get torn between the spicy, savory scents of Indonesian and Malaysian fare presented by HJH Maimunah, and the fresh succulence that comes from the donburi and oysters at Donburi. Oyster. Beer.
How about something that revamped its entire concept? Flint Specialty Grill & Bar has transformed its usual Western offerings, featuring the robustness of the Wild West and the finesse of premium cuts. From flame-kissed steaks and pork chops to perfectly grilled salmon and seabass, your tummy will definitely be satisfied after a meal like this. Be sure to hop over to their bar area as well and grab a drink to wash it all down!
