Once again, Starbucks returns with an exciting new Spring collection of exciting merchandise, refreshing drinks, and delicious food to prepare you for the new season. And just like last year, we’re once again here to cover everything coming to Starbucks this Spring 2025!
I’ll give you some hints: a revival of last year’s merchandise theme with all-new designs, two never-seen-before Strawberry Mochi Blossom drinks, a brand new flavour of shaken latte, and more! If that sounds as amazing as coffee does to a caffeine addict, then let’s dive right in!
Drinks: Sip that Strawberry Mochi Blossom Bliss
This spring, let’s step into the world of whimsy to watch the cherry blossoms bloom. And what better way to do that than with two new types of Strawberry Mochi Blossom drinks: the Strawberry Mochi Blossom Cream Frappuccino and Strawberry Mochi Blossom Pure Matcha Latte!
Let’s start with the Frappuccino, which can be enjoyed iced or blended. This vibrant pink-hued creation inspired by the season is a zesty blend of strawberries, creamy milk, and strawberry rice powder between a scoop of sweet strawberry mochi below and a dollop of whipped cream sprinkled with strawberry mochi powder above. Despite our lack of traditional seasons, this tasty beverage still works in Singapore as both the perfect pick-me-up from the recent monsoon gloom and as a refreshing cool-down from the upcoming summer heat!
Next, the Pure Matcha Latte, available hot or cold, is a springtime dream come true for matcha lovers. Featuring plump dried strawberry chunks and strawberry mochi powder combined with milk and delicately sweet Pure Matcha, the result is a perfectly balanced treat that offers a subtle tartness with every sip. Furthermore, the fusion of textures—from the crunchiness of strawberry chunks and the creaminess of the milk to the chewiness of the mochi—definitely offers a delightful thrill for the tongue that no other drink can!

Drinks: Shake Things Up with Iced Shaken Lattes
Moving onto the next set of new beverages, Starbucks is bringing us an exciting new rhythm with their Iced Shaken Lattes. The leader of this lineup is the Pistachio Oatmilk Iced Shaken Latte, a smooth and irresistibly nutty concoction!
This latte features a luscious pistachio oatmilk base infused with that Starbucks signature espresso shot. Shaken, but not stirred, it’s then poured over and topped with a touch of vanilla syrup. In the end, you’re left with a treat that hits all the right flavour notes like an artist who can sing, each sip unfolding a melody of nutty sweetness and roasted coffee robustness upon your tastebuds.
On 5 March, enjoy this pistachio masterpiece in-store, via the Starbucks app, as well as through their food delivery partners. Furthermore, when that time comes, enjoy a free—yes free—size upgrade on any Iced Shaken Latte!
That’s because from 5 to 14 March, Starbucks is inviting you to show off your best shake dance moves when ordering an Iced Shaken Latte to boost the flavour of your drink and the fun in your day. Desserts: Pair those Seasonal Drinks with these Enticing Cakes
If you’re already eyeing any of these brand-new beverages, why not indulge yourself further in a delectable selection of cakes, each crafted to capture the essence of Spring?
This season, make sure to try the Strawberry Blossom Cheesecake, a velvety strawberry cheesecake atop a buttery graham cracker base. Plus, beyond a taste that matches both Strawberry Mochi Blossom drinks, their combined aesthetics are also just the perfect pair for your foodie pics!
You should also check out the enhanced Signature Chocolate Cake, a decadent delight of chocolate sponge layers coated in luxurious dark chocolate, complete with a crunchy biscuit base. After all, spring is the season of renewal and rebirth, so give this improved dish another chance if you haven’t already!
Anyways, both cakes are already available to enjoy from 19 February onwards, so there’s no need to wait. However, keep your eyes peeled for the Mango Shortcake, which will launch on the same platforms on 17 March. This refreshing tropical twist is a tower of light and airy sponge layers covered in a sweet mango curd spread, making it the perfect start to a sunny Spring day.
Merchandise: The Cherry Blossom Collection is Back!
To complement the Strawberry Mochi Blossom drinks, Starbucks has also brought back their Cherry Blossom Collection, with designs featuring delicate pink blossoms fluttering in the breeze, serenaded by the songs of birds and woodland creatures. Though originally launched in the spring of 2024, the expanded range of drinkware each featuring brand-new designs tells me it’s clearly back by popular demand.
And popular demand there will be for this year’s collection too! This time around, the standout highlight seems to be the pink-and-white gradient Stanley Quencher, which will have collectors looking to add another wonderful collaboration between Starbucks and trendsetting Stanley to their shelves.
However, don’t miss out also on the adorable Bearista bear keychain in a deer costume, cute picnic polyester basket cup carrier and versatile glass shaker patterned with pastel petals! With their exclusive Spring Blossom designs, their aesthetics are totes—pun intended—so in season.
Speaking of exclusives, you can’t forget about the limited Spring Starbucks Card! That, along with the whole Starbucks Cherry Blossom Collection will be in stores from 5 March 2025 onward. However, worry not if you’re unable to make it to an outlet, as you’ll also be able to easily purchase these items from the same day beginning at 10am on the Starbucks Online Store, and at 12pm on LazMall and ShopeeMall.
