Now, put your hands together for CUT by Wolfgang Puck, offering two special three-course menus in honour of the season of love.
The first seating (S$198++ per person) begins with the Tuna Tartare “Sandwiches” with Wasabi and Togarashi “Toast” for a strong start. Starters include an Austrian oxtail bouillon, rich with chervil and bone marrow dumplings, finished with Périgord black truffle shavings.
For the main course, you can choose between the U.S.D.A. Prime (aged for 21 days) and the Hokkaido “Snow” from Tomakomai, Japan, accompanied by two sides. Classic CUT favourites include the crispy fried pee wee potatoes with shallots and garlic aioli, or the comforting creamed spinach crowned with a fried organic egg. Finish your meal with a decadent Valrhona Chocolate Soufflé, served with crème fraîche and a raspberry gelato. Sounds great for sharing!
The second seating (S$250++ per person) takes things up a notch. It begins with an amuse-bouche of lightly steamed Langoustine “Sashimi,” topped with Kaluga Caviar, uni, dashi soy jelly, and a Hokkaido tomato ponzu.

On 14 February 2025, couples can begin the evening with Fresh Oysters (S$50++ for six, S$90++ for 12) with strawberry caviar and champagne mignonette. Served on dry ice, red pebbles, pink rose petals, and a hint of rose water, this is nothing but a romantic start!
For the main course, the Scottish Lobster Risotto (S$60++) is a divine experience made with tender lobster, garden peas, and a glossy butter sauce – and it’s brightened with lime zest, chives, and finely diced shallots! Alternatively, the Grilled Mediterranean Sea Bream (S$70++) is a lovely option, too, with a whole deboned sea bream draped in a rich Cabernet Sauvignon Salmoriglio sauce as well as chervil and grilled lemon for some balance.

Available exclusively on 14 February 2025, the evening kicks off with an elegant selection of canapés and Saint-Jacques – a sumptuous dish of marinated Hokkaido diver scallops, Kaluga Caviar, and sea urchins, delicately accented with pink peppercorn and roasted sesame.
The feast continues with dishes such as the Vol Au Vent, a milk-fed veal sweetbread and seasonal mushrooms encased in a buttery pastry crust, finished with a velvety sauce suprême and Périgord winter black truffle. Or perhaps the Sole Grenobloise, a take on Dover sole ‘meunière’ served with parsley, leeks, local kale, clams, capers, and a rich lemon-hollandaise sauce, catches your fancy?
Alternatively, for something even heartier, the Pot Au Feu may be more up your alley. It’s a fantastic rendition of the traditional French stew, made with succulent wagyu short ribs, bone marrow, and foie gras, and served with a chilled gribiche sauce.

WAKUDA celebrates love with a dinner menu (S$288++ per person) available only on 14 February 2025, made with the finest Japanese ingredients and culinary techniques.
The evening begins with Flan – a savoury egg custard enriched with the natural sweetness of Japanese white corn – and Yuba (fresh bean curd skin from Kyoto) crowned with Hokkaido sea urchin and mountain caviar.
You can then help yourself to a selection of sashimi and sushi prepared with the freshest seasonal seafood and an assortment of crispy tempura. The experience continues with Canadian Lobster marinated in citrus and vinegar, complemented by sea asparagus and a shellfish vinaigrette.
For the main course, you and your partner can share the Classic Saikyo Yaki (grilled Patagonian toothfish) marinated in Kyoto’s signature Saikyo miso. You can then choose between the Charcoal Grilled A5 Wagyu, served with seasonal vegetables, or Chef Tetsuya’s Classic Carabinero Prawn, accompanied by a fragrant tarragon risotto.

The meal begins with starters such as the Burrata with Conference Pears, accompanied by crispy prosciutto di Parma and drizzled with champagne-mustard vinaigrette. Alternatively, you can enjoy some “Kaya Toast” – toasted brioche with pandan-coconut jam, seared foie gras and a slow-cooked egg yolk. What a fabulous twist on a local favourite!

If you’ve been craving the fresh flavours of the sea, your prayers are answered here! Highlights include the Salmon Pillow, a combo of roasted jalapeño, smoked avocado, and Ōra King salmon. Then there’s the Tai Carpaccio, with filmy slices of Japanese sea bream served with Japanese ginger and Thai vinaigrette for a zesty punch.
For mains, you and your partner can choose between two options. First, there’s the tender Wagyu Beef Cheek, served with pumpkin purée, pickled shallots, and a red wine bordelaise and spicy mustard seed garnish.
