Psst, did you hear? Subway Singapore is shaking up 2025 with their new Subway Signatures, and the five flavours sound like a dream. I’m talking smoky, melty, fiery, creamy – the works!
I know plenty of people are in their whole “new year, new me” era, and Subway is no different. They got their holiday glow-up too, with upgraded, high-quality ingredients for a taste that’s absolutely worth raving about. I mean, roasted chicken thighs vacuum-tumbled in rich marinades? That’s got me drooling already.
A subpar sandwich can be such a mood-killer when you’re craving something comforting, but good ol’ Subway always comes through. So stick around; you’re going to want the full scoop on this!
What’s New

First up, the Smoky BBQ Beef Brisket. Imagine tender, slow-marinated beef brisket cooked with black pepper, smoky paprika, and brown sugar and topped with sweet caramelised onions, tangy Chipotle Southwest sauce, and a drizzle of smoky BBQ sauce. One bite and you’re mentally at a backyard barbecue. Imagine how good this smells!
We all know avocado on toast is a revered cult classic – and over at Subway, we’ve got the Avo Caesar Chicken. Subway’s improved hand-scooped avocado is now creamier than ever – and in this sub, generously spread on roasted chicken thighs. And with a drizzle of the new tangy Caesar sauce and all the fresh veggies you love, this sub will easily be both a rich and refreshing start to your day.
Now, if you love yourself some ooey-gooey goodness, your tastebuds will thank you for the Beef & Mushroom Melt. This one is made with smoky beef brisket, savoury sliced mushrooms, and not one, but two cheeses – Old English and Mozzarella. Toasted until it’s all melty and irresistible, I won’t be surprised if this is the kind of sandwich that makes you do a lil happy food dance.
Not to be outdone, the Chicken & Mushroom Melt is bringing its A-game with the new Shallot Bread that adds this incredible aromatic crunch. Inside, you’ve got tender roasted chicken thighs, mushrooms, and the same double cheese combo as its beef counterpart. Oh – but the new velvety Ranch sauce this version offers has me sold – apart from the fact that I don’t consume beef, of course!
But if you ask me, I’m most excited to meet the Fiery Mexican Chicken. This sub packs a punch, with spicy mayo, Chipotle Southwest sauce, and juicy roasted chicken thighs nestled in Parmesan Oregano bread – with sweet corn, zesty onions, and jalapeños tossed in for an extra kick! It’s a fiesta in your mouth with every morsel. And yes, it might make you reach for some water – but when has that ever stopped my fellow spice lovers?

Here’s a little bonus! Subway is spoiling us with three new Nachos options on the menu:
- Cheesy Nachos Bowl: Topped with melted cheese, classic.
- Loaded Nachos Bowl: Full of avocado for extra indulgence.
- Overloaded Nachos Bowl: A hearty combo with avocado and spicy beef taco.
