Get ready to fire up your appetites, because Sentosa GrillFest 2024 is coming – this time for its seventh smokin’ hot edition! This year, Siloso Beach is about to transform into the ultimate foodie’s paradise, dishing out great vibes and even better food from 5pm to 10pm on festival days between 14 November to 8 December 2024.
Organised by Sentosa Development Corporation (SDC), this year’s GrillFest is the most exciting yet, with over 30 vendors, four distinct zones to explore, and plenty of entertainment to keep the party alive under the stars. They’re spoiling us thoroughly!
We all know Sentosa is a nighttime hotspot around here so I’m already geeked just thinking about the heavenly smell of grilled goodness filling the air, with the waves crashing in the background. I know you’re probably itching for details now, so before you start grilling me for them, here they are!
A Feast for the Senses
Sentosa GrillFest 2024 is playing all its cards here, bringing back fan favourites, including the People’s Choice Award winners from Sentosa GrillFest 2023. Imagine digging into a variety of scrumptious delicacies, from smoked meats to charred veggies, seafood and even grilled desserts. Yes, grilled desserts – I didn’t even know they were a thing! I’m no seer, but I think I’m foreseeing a mass food coma.
But wait, there’s more! The beachfront vibes will be elevated with live entertainment from local talents like funk rock band Reverie and cover band Too Much Drama.
If that’s not enough to get you hooked, how about some flaming performances by Starlight Alchemy’s fire dancers? And if you’re feeling competitive, head over to the Show Arena for a shot at jumbo-sized single-player beer pong, where you can win free Chang Beer or discounted drinks from the Invader Bar.
Festival Zones
Now, let’s talk about what you’re really here for – the grub. Here are the festival zones to look out for!
Fan Favourites
Dive into some beloved classics with new twists! How about Dry Aged Meats & Needs (DAMN)’s Dry Aged Beef Burger, complete with smoky cheddar and caramelised onions? Or perhaps you want something with a bit of a kick. Consider Pilot Kitchen’s Gunpowder Short Ribs – gorgeously seared with grilled green peppers.
Guess what, the beach clubs are bringing their A-game too! Rumours Beach Club is offering Nasi Bakar Ayam Suwir, which is basically Indonesian grilled rice with shredded spiced chicken – yum! And to my vegetarians, fret not! With a trio of unique sauces, Ola Beach Club’s BBQ Corn will have your taste buds singing.
I’m getting all excited, so before I forget! Here are five GrillFest exclusives guests can look forward to this year.
Grilled Boston Lobster
Seafood lovers, this one’s for you! Monger is serving up freshly charred Boston lobsters. This rich lobster meat dish is drizzled with a luscious garlic butter sauce – with a bold, spicy umami option to kick things up a notch for more adventurous palates.
And with a grilled lemon on top? I’m imagining a citrusy pop that brightens each morsel! The bright red lobster shell and refreshing greens peeking underneath tie everything together. It’s irresistible! How could you not want a taste?
Smoked Brisket
An Australian Wagyu brisket smoked with hickory and cherry wood for 12 hours? Yes, please. Smok Haus x Asap Co. brings this generous brisket with exceptional Wagyu marbling, delivering a buttery texture that simply melts in your mouth. The smoky aroma of the hickory wood enhances the meat’s natural sweetness and adds layers to the flavour of this dish.
Accompanying the brisket is a gleaming dark sauce and a vibrant side of veggies. Together, they’re begging for a taste! I’d imagine this to be great for sharing with the family.
Grilled Wagyu Cheeseburger
The Grilled Wagyu Cheeseburger from NBCB is a marriage between indulgence and simplicity. Sandwiched between a soft, pillowy brioche bun is a juicy Wagyu patty that’s charred to perfection on the outside while remaining succulent inside.
With a generous layer of melted cheddar, you bet it oozes with rich flavour! And the thick, creamy sauce, dripping decadently over the sides? Tantalising, to say the least. The cheeseburger’s a cult classic – and for good reason!
Smoked Beef Cheek Tacos
Jett Barbecue’s Smoked Beef Cheek Taco is a must-try for anyone seeking hearty comfort food! Wrapped in a soft tortilla shell is the juicy, tender meat, cradled by glistening orange sauces, onions, and a dash of cilantro.
I’m already dreaming of this nummy mix – the satisfying crunch from the onions, the smoky depth from the beef, whether the sauces are sweet or tangy; all the delightful flavours and textures dancing in my mouth. I could go on and on!
Kurtosh
And here’s a treat from Botsi – crispy, sweet Kurtosh with a range of scrummy filling! If you don’t know what Kurtosh is, I’ve got you. Originating from Hungary, this delectable pastry is made by rolling dough around a cylindrical baking spit, resulting in a crispy outer layer that’s exquisitely caramelised and slightly sweet. The exterior crackles as you take a bite, giving way to a warm, soft interior that’s simply divine.
Each bite of this unique pastry is an explosion of taste and texture that’s playful and flavourful! If you’ve never tried it before, why not have your first introduction at GrillFest? Go on; this is your opportunity to try something new!
International Village
Are your taste buds now eager for a flight around the world? Here’s your ticket, where other finger-lickin’ international dishes take the stage. Papi Tacos is bringing Mexico’s bold flavours, Royal Taj is serving their signature Chicken Tandoor, and Hanok Kimchi is adding a delicious Korean twist to this global assortment – all in one place!
Dessert Hut (NEW)
If you have a sweet tooth, fret not! You’re not forgotten. In fact, you’ll have a myriad of grilled and non-grilled options at this new addition to GrillFest.
You won’t want to miss Coned’s innovative creations – like Tiramisu Coned – as well as other ooey-gooey sweet delights from Sohtt and SG HO LIAO. This is the place to tend to your cravings!
Brew Island (NEW)
Isn’t it nice to have a drink waiting for you to sip while you’re chowing down on a square meal? Well, this new zone is all about that! It’s about to be a fun celebration of craft beers and flavoured liquors, featuring well-known brands like Chang Bee and craft offerings from Clumzy Plumzy x Sigcoco. You’ll indeed find the perfect drink to pair with your dish. Cheers to that!
Teepee Dining Experience (New Exclusive)
Surprise! Here’s another special addition to the GrillFest roster this year – the Teepee Dining Experience! This unique setup offers an exclusive, curated dining affair under a cosy teepee. Three GrillFest vendors – The Social Outcast, Jett BBQ, and Sohtt – will be whipping up curated 3-course meals in this magical setting!
You can bag this exclusive experience on Trip.com for S$88 (per person) or take it to the next level for S$100 (per person) to enjoy it with a Chang lager pairing for each course! Ah, twinkling lights, dreamy ambience, and a satisfied tummy. What more could you ask for?

Experience the Thrill of the Grill
Great news – entry to GrillFest is free! You can stroll in any time and pay for the food as you go. Let’s talk about keeping things green while having fun. Sentosa is all about sustainability, so compostable-ware will be used! However, guests are encouraged to bring their own containers and utensils to help reduce waste.
And waste stations will be planted around the festival, so do your part and help with waste segregation, because food waste and compostable stuff will be turned into soil compost! Oh, and plastic bottled drinks are off the menu, but you’ll find plenty of drinking water fountains along the stretch of Siloso Beach.
Now, everyone deserves to go to Sentosa GrillFest 2024. It’s too good to pass up! So here is an inclusive feature – 20% of seating has been designated as “Priority Seating” for guests with mobility needs to ensure comfort. What’s more, flooring will be installed for smooth access to the food stalls and beachfront seating. For those who want more details on accessibility, check out the access guide!
So, what are you waiting for? Gather your loved ones and set sail for a grilliant gastronomic voyage at Siloso Beach!
