Taste Motherly Love in Multicultural Restaurant Rempapa

In a conservation building on summery Sentosa, MIYOSHI by Fat Cow wants to indulge you and your mum with a five-course lunch and dinner menu called “A Taste of Love, For Mom”!

Born from a creative collaboration between Fat Cow’s Head Chef Shingo Iijima and Sous Chef Nigel Loh, expect premium-quality ingredients combined to make delicious Japanese cuisine! Mother’s Day Specials at Yuè

Something about a big feast brings up a scene of Mum or Grandma working hard to make everyone’s stomachs happy. And for Mother’s Day 2024, it is your turn to provide the feast while letting them relax! Yuè (乐) @ Aloft, the music-inspired Chinese restaurant, is giving you the opportunity to do so by introducing its two Mother’s Day Set Menus to treat all Mums.

Both Set Menus feed a group of 10 people, which is excellent for those with big families! The first of the set menus, Set A, is called 听妈的话 (Listen To Mother), featuring a seven-course feast that includes a highlight duo of silky Steamed Pearl Garoupa with Superior Garlic Soy Sauce and Glass Noodles alongside Deep-Fried Crispy Spring Chicken seasoned with Chinese spices. To whet the appetite, enjoy some double-boiled Chicken Soup with baby abalone and fish maw.

Other main dishes include Fresh Poached Live Prawns and Yuè’s signature Singapore Chilli Crab accompanied by Twisted Rolls. Finish the hearty meal off with two sweet desserts: a Black Sesame Glutinous Rice Ball in creamy Almond cream and a unique Dragon Fruit Cream Puff.

Meanwhile, Set Menu B, 世上只有妈妈好 (Mother Is The Best In The World), is another seven-course masterpiece that is headlined by Yuè’s famous dish, Braised Fish Maw Broth with Crabmeat and Conpoy, which is complemented by Prawns Duo – fresh prawn prepared in two styles, stir-fried with crunchy honey peas and deep-fried with salted egg yolk sauce. 

Accompanying the set menu is Steamed Soon Hock with Red Dates and Black Fungus and Braised 6-Head Abalone with Bai Ling Mushroom and Seasonal Vegetables. Finally, you can indulge in a dessert duo of Yam Puree with Pumpkin and Sago, and the Dragon Fruit Cream Puff.

Dig into some exquisite Mediterranean and Asian fare at M Social Singapore’s Beast & Butterflies, who are offering a delectable three-course set meal this Mother’s Day period.

Our final selection involves the whole family! Lion Brewery Co is ushering in a special Mother’s Day afternoon with a sumptuous buffet spread, with activities catered to the little ones while Mum celebrates.

Their semi-buffet spread is filled with a robust selection of mains, such as the succulent Pan-seared Norwegian Salmon featuring a pink pepper cream sauce, or the Roasted Prosciutto-wrapped pork Loin paired with port wine and fig jus. But before you dig in, stop by the salad corner, which has free-flowing salads and a hot section with sides like roasted honey-glazed carrots and creamy potatoes au gratin.
