Universal Studios Singapore: Trick or Thrills
Looking for some family-friendly daytime Halloween fun? Look no further because Universal Studios is back with their eek-citing Trick or Thrills! Families can enjoy Halloween with their favourite characters like Illumination’s Minion Monsters, Sesame Street Friends, Transformers, and many more. Who knows, some endearingly familiar monsters may even resurrect for the special occasion!
For food, visitors will also be treated to an array of tantalising snacks, from plates of Fried Zombie Chicken to Strawberry-flavoured Monster Soft Serve Ice Cream adorned with candy eyeballs.

Gateway to Hell: Reliving the Gruesome 60s
Travel back to the 60’s at Orchardgateway as they transform themselves into a creepy haunted house! Gateway to Hell: Reliving the Gruesome 60s is a one-stop destination you must include on your list this Halloween. This interactive experience starts as soon as you step through the mall doors and will have you screaming at the top of your lungs throughout the event.
Even if haunted houses aren’t your thing, there are a ton of other fun activities and deals for you to check out! With 6 curated zones, including a photo booth and a Virtual Reality room, there’s definitely something for everyone. Universal Studios Singapore Halloween Horror Nights 11
We can’t talk about Halloween activities without mentioning the iconic Halloween Horror Nights at Universal Studios Singapore! This year’s night event has five haunted houses, including the highly-anticipated All of Us Are Dead themed house for all you Netflix fans and The Weeknd’s: After Hours Til Dawn Nightmare for the XO crew!
Besides that, you can look forward to entering other houses like:
- Return of the Matriarch, is a throwback to the first edition of this beloved event
- DIYU: Descent into Hell, which stars King Yama as he punishes the brave souls that enter the house
- Grimm Encounters, with a macabre twist on the beloved fairy tales of our youth.

Haw-Ror Villa 2
Hell’s Museum is turning 2, and Haw Par Villa is marking the occasion with a spine-chilling event titled “Haw-Ror Villa 2”, with fun-filled activities all around the park lined up for visitors of all ages.
When night falls, the Haw Par Villa park area is transformed with ambient lighting and projections, making the perfect backdrop to take photos or videos for your social media. Be sure to check out Hell’s Museum After Hours, where you can experience the infamous 10 Courts of Hell in a unique way — shrouded in darkness — for a truly haunting time!
Other activities include the Shaman’s Market, a Halloween-themed market selling a variety of items, from themed cake pops to ceramics, crystals and jewellery. The cafe and art jamming studio, Art Journey, is also officially launching within the same period. Try the themed Mosaic Art Jamming Workshops or savour treats like their ‘Ghostlychee’ drink. The launch also offers guests Tarot Reading by Friendly Neighbourhood Witch and face painting.

SpooktoberFest
The annual SpooktoberFest by CQ @ Clarke Quay returns, with this year’s edition featuring day-to-night experiences inspired by the iconic Addams Family.
Among the highlights, visitors can occupy their time with the Find The Thing Scavenger Hunt, where you’re tasked with finding “The Thing” around CQ @ Clarke Quay. When the sun sets, get ready to move your body to pulsating sets by the popular local band, O.K Ready!, and the resident DJ of Cuba Libre, DJ Boi Kay.

Anchorpoint’s Pumpkin Treat
This one’s for the kids. Anchorpoint is preparing some Halloween fun for families with its first-ever Pumpkin Treat, a festive event featuring free activities for children aged 3 to 12.
At the B1 atrium, you can bring the kids along to test their wits in the Pumpkin Maze, with delicious treats hidden for young explorers to grab. There are also mysterious surprises that await at the Halloween Ball Pit for the younglings to romp around. You can also let them work their creative juices at the Jack-O-Lantern basket painting station ahead of trick-or-treating!
Speaking of trick-or-treating, they can bring along their completed Jack-O-Lantern basket to collect free candy from participating stores. Along the way, you can also try seasonal treats from stores like Fang Patisserie’s iBall, Overbrød’s Apple Bread Pudding, and Anagram’s Naughty or Nice brownies.

The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia’s ever-popular buffet restaurant Colony, will see its menu transformed for Halloween, offering new themed items for dinner to fully get visitors in the mood for the spooky season. Plus, guests are encouraged to have their faces painted to truly bask in the festivities!

Mr Holmes Bakehouse
For Halloween, Mr Holmes Bakehouse is preparing two devilishly delicious treats for people to sink their teeth into. First up is the Mr Holmes Bakehouse Reese’s Cruffin, the brand’s signature cruffin made with homemade peanut butter chocolate filling and topped with a hauntingly delightful Meringue Ghost. The other is the Pumpkin Spice Cheesecake Donut, which uses the warm, aromatic spices of cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg and is generously filled with creamy pumpkin cream cheese.

Die-ning in Hell at Universal Studios Singapore
Universal Studios Singapore’s Die-ning in Hell is back again this year, bringing a multi-sensory dining experience. Presented by King Yama, the hellish host of one of HHN11’s haunted houses, it promises to bring a spine-tingling feeling not just to your body, but to your taste buds as well.
As part of the chilling feasts, guests are treated to a sumptuous three-course meal featuring the elements of Three Gruesome Tortures — Fire, Blade, and Blood. Savour items like the spicy Salad of Despair that is served atop a skull, one that you can set alight.
In between the courses, diners can also enjoy an entrancing dance performance by King Yama’s dreadful demons, providing a visual spectacle in addition to the delicious food.

Shanghai Underground: Long Live the Dai Lo
The Dragon Chamber invites guests to their second instalment of the Shanghai Underground series, “Long Live the Dai Lo”, which sees the place receive a malevolent makeover into a gang-horror-themed Chinese funeral.
Alongside their signature Chinese cuisine offerings, there are themed drinks from The Dragon Chamber’s Halloween menu, like Black Heart / 黑心 — a sinful mixture made using Peddlers gin, Amaro Montenegro and grapefruit base, topped off with a white chrysanthemum flower. There’s also Blood for Blood 血债血偿, a concoction that combines Peddlers salted plum gin with coffee liqueur.
Visitors can also come in their best funeral wear for the occasion, with a Best Dressed competition that rewards the winner with the grand prize of a 2D1N stay at the panoramic Duxton Room courtesy of the recently opened Mondrian Singapore Duxton. Finally, take the opportunity to immortalise the experience by taking photos with the special coffin centrepiece.

Viva Las Palmas: A Spooktacular Anniversary
