I’m sure most of us have heard about the first Demon Slayer collaboration with UNIQLO last year! After all, there was so much hype about it that you would have to queue for hours to get your hands on the popular designs (I know, because I myself have experienced it). So, I’m sure all the fans would be delighted to know that there’s a new collection coming up in September!
In tandem with the much-anticipated season two of the series coming out in Japan later this year, UNIQLO has announced that it will release the new Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba collaboration in September. Back by popular demand, the new UNIQLO UT collection includes T-shirts, loungewear, and other merchandise for kids and adults alike, with all-new designs!
For those who follow the series, look forward to a diverse lineup of your favourite characters! One of the designs that I’m personally looking forward to the most is this white T-shirt featuring the Hashiras at the back. Since I prefer merchandise that is a bit more on the subtle side, this minimalistic yet aesthetic design is especially appealing to me.
Another one that I’m keeping my eyes out for is this one:
The unique blend of colours and the very fact that it features one of my favourite characters, Shinobu Kocho, and her two ‘sisters’, makes it a must-have for me. And T-shirts are not all that this collection has — you can also look forward to Demon Slayer-themed summer shorts and drawstring bags for kids.
Considering we live in the notoriously humid Singapore, the light material of this collection makes wearing them both comfortable and stylish! Not to mention, the price range of the collection is really affordable, at SGD19.90 for each of the shirts for men and women, and SGD14.90 for the shirts for kids. UNIQLO is known for their good quality and accessibility, and this collaboration collection upholds their reputation.
We all already had a taste of a UNIQLO and Demon Slayer collaboration before, so I’m sure I don’t have to say much more to convince you. Do get ready to head down to your nearest UNIQLO store once this collection launches in September this year!
But, do keep in mind that the entire lineup will only be available at UNIQLO Orchard Central Global Flagship and online on their website, as usual. A partial lineup will be carried at all stores, so make sure to check if the UNIQLO store you’re planning to go to carries the design you want to buy!
