To all anime watchers, new or old, I’m sure you’ve heard of the wildly popular Jujutsu Kaisen series. People have been talking about this anime nonstop: a dark paranormal action series about the life of the protagonist Itadori Yuuji, who has been thrust into the frontlines of the action after a chance encounter.
The first season has recently finished airing, leaving fans waiting (hopefully) for the next season. So, for all those who hadn’t had enough of the series, rejoice as UNIQLO releases their newest collaboration with Jujutsu Kaisen!
Featuring exclusive designs from the illustrations in the manga that showcase the characters in action, fans of the series won’t be disappointed. Some design patterns include the popular Gojo Satoru standing in solace. Who could say no to the famous Gojo, known for his incomparable strength and beautiful eyes?
You can also look forward to designs with frontal illustrations of main character Itadori Yuuji, and his demonic counterpart Sukuna at the back. Why pick one when you can have both, right?
Take your pick from designs of the iconic Shikigami curses that Megumi Fushiguro summons, or the nails tritagonist Nobara Kugisaki uses in combat. The collaboration features all the main characters and more!
This includes the second-years and students from the rival Kyoto school. Whether it be the charismatic curse speaker Toga Inumaki or the earnest but hot-headed Aoi Todo, you won’t have a shortage of choices amongst your favs.
The UNIQLO T-shirts (UT) also come in beautiful colours that perfectly match the characters portrayed. Even for those who have not watched the series, the intricate illustrations make for an eye-catching aesthetic.
Launching in Early July 2021 in all UNIQLO stores, This is a collaboration that you should definitely keep your eyes out for. What’s more, I have some even more fantastic news to share. If one collaboration isn’t enough for you, then you’d be glad to hear that a second UT selection with exclusive designs from the anime television series will follow at a later date.
