25 Degrees Is Out To Break Your Diet With Their Sinful Yet Delightful Dishes

Nestled in a snug corner of Hotel G Singapore is 25 Degrees Singapore, an exciting burger, wine and liquor bar that originates from Los Angeles.

25 Degrees - ambience

Evoking classic Hollywood charm, the burgundy wallpapered indoor-and-outdoor space is glamorous yet comfortable and offers mouth-watering burgers to everyone, making it one of the hottest dining spots to visit. Another feature unique to 25 Degrees is that the burgers on the menu do not have any fanciful names, but are numbered from one to four instead – making it easier for diners to remember their favourite burgers.

Burgers

Number Four

25 Degrees - number four
Number Four ($14)

The Number Four is a seafood burger packed with a seared yellowfin tuna patty, butter lettuce, crispy fried onions, and spicy aioli. The patty is slightly dry, and the taste of the patty is a tad too strong – you might not fancy it if you’re not crazy for seafood.

25 Degrees - aioli sauce

The spicy aioli dressing, however, is a whole different story. It is sweet yet spicy, and it gives your throat a sharp yet bearable burning sensation that disappears before you know it. Made from cayenne pepper, mayonnaise, garlic, lemon juice and Tabasco, the spicy aioli dressing is typically served in the Number Four burger. However, they do seem to serve the dressing as a dip for your sides only upon request, so do remember to ask!

For more value-for-money, visit 25 Degrees from 11 am to 3 pm on weekdays to purchase a set lunch that includes a Signature Burger of your choice and a side of fries for $12.

Sides

Filthy Fries

Filthy Fries ($6)

Loaded with bacon gravy, caramelised onions and sticky cheese, the outlook of the Filthy Fries is similar to that of typical chilli beef cheese fries. However, the sticky cheese and thick yet abundant gravy makes the filthy fries a notch above the rest. It’s a great starter dish and is best eaten quickly – the fries can get soggy if left uneaten for too long.

25 Degrees Wings

25 Degrees Wings ($8)

25 Degrees Wings sees six succulent wings – tossed in a spicy homemade sauce – served atop a mug filled with twister fries. The Wings taste great on its own; and even better when dipped in some spicy aioli sauce! The twister fries, however, were slightly oily – the Filthy Fries may be a better alternative.

Milkshakes

Drink your money’s worth with 1-for-1 milkshakes all day, every Tuesday. Mix it up with a new selection of mind-boggling flavours, such as Chipster Shake and Bobalicious.

Chipster Shake

Chipster Shake ($16)

The Chipster Shake is a bizarre, potato chip-based milkshake. Potato chips are blended in with a vanilla milkshake, and the milkshake is then served, topped with more chips. Strangely enough, the Chipster Shake tastes a lot better than it sounds. The vanilla flavour was somehow kept intact in spite of the potato chip bits that have been blended into the drink – you will have to try it to believe it!

Bobalicious

Bobalicious ($16)

Another crazy concoction from 25 Degrees is Bobalicious, a bubble tea flavoured milkshake. The Bobalicious is a vanilla-based milkshake – blended with tapioca pearls, Bobalicious is served with a dash of caramel, more tapioca pearls and topped off with whipped cream. It is the perfect drink for anyone with a sweet tooth and goes well with a side of wings.

25 Degrees also offers various exciting deals such as Happy Hour all-day on Mondays and Bro’s Night Out every Wednesday, so be sure to check it out.
