Perfect for Families: Hotel Jen Orchardgateway’s Makan@Jen
Makan@Jen’s Festive Season Buffet menu will showcase a farm-to-table concept. Senior Sous Chef Boon Chuan Chiong created a secret herb garden at an otherwise unutilised space at the hotel. This year, the herbs will take the limelight as they are freshly harvested and prepared for diners at the restaurant.
Some of the buffet menu highlights include Roasted Canadian Whole Turkey with Garlic and Baby Herbs Stuffing, Oven-Baked Australian Leg of Lamb infused with Mint Honey Mustard, Sweet Basil Truffle Maple Glazed Bone in Gammon Ham, 8-hour Roasted Rosemary crusted Australian Angus Prime Rib and log cakes.
Makan@Jen will also host special activities on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, including a kid’s buffet, bouncy castle, and a Santa Claus appearance.
Prices start from $48++ and $68++ per person for the Festive Lunch Buffet and Dinner Buffet respectively, and will take place from 15 to 30 December 2018.

For the Adventurous: Fat Prince Kafé-Bar-Kebab
Head Chef Beau Churchill from the Istanbul-inspired establishment presents a festive inspired kebab and two delectable tipples to keep you jolly, available from 3 December 2018 to 31 December 2018.
The Shish Tawook Turkey Kebab ($10++) is a hearty take on the traditional chicken kebab, whereby turkey is used instead to add a dash of festive joy. The turkey is marinated in lemon, garlic and yoghurt, giving a fresh flavour to the tender meat. It is then complemented with smoked mash potato (skordalia), Baharat cranberry, and sumac stuffing, giving the dish a unique burst of flavour.
Complete your meal with two new tipples curated by Fat Prince’s mixologists – Crimson Crown and Ivory Prince. Crimson Crown consists of Hendrick’s Gin, red wine, fresh fruits and spiced wine syrup; Ivory Prince serves a beautiful blend of Hendrick’s Gin, white wine, fresh fruits and spiced wine syrup. Both tipples cost $24++ per glass and $100++ per pitcher.
For A Romantic Christmas Feast: Park Hotel Clarke Quay’s Festive Dining Options
This Christmas, Park Hotel Clarke Quay offers a four-course Festive Dinner at PORTA and a Festive BBQ Buffet at Cocobolo Poolside Bar & Grill.
The Festive Dinner menu – created exclusively by Executive Chef Alex Phan and his team – includes plump sous vide scallops and a classic bowl of French Onion Soup with cheese toast, beautifully crowned with sprinkles of Avruga caviar.
For mains, diners can choose between a Beef Brisket sous vide for 12 hours and roasted to a smoky char, paired with red wine sauce; or an Atlantic Halibut confit, baked golden and paired with lemon butter sauce and
For dessert, diners will be served with fresh Banana caramelised for 12 hours, topped with vanilla ice cream and served with Victoria sponge and rum.
The four-course Festive Dinner at PORTA will be held on 24 and 25 December 2018, from 6.30pm to 10.30pm, and costs $64++ per person.
Meanwhile, Cocobolo Poolside Bar & Grill will be serving up a Festive BBQ Buffet from 21 to 24 December 2018, 6.30pm to 10.30pm. Priced at $82++ per adult and $41++ per child, guests will be treated to an extensive selection of seafood and meats including, lamb rack, pork belly, and the Christmas classic, turkey and an array of festive desserts.
For The Last-Minute Plans: Novotel and Mercure Singapore on Stevens
Novotel and Mercure Singapore on Stevens present diners with three options this Christmas – a buffet, fine dining, and takeaways for Christmas dinner at home.
Food Exchange – located on level 2 of Novotel Singapore on Stevens – offers daily festive buffet lunch and dinner till 1 January 2019. The buffet costs from $42++ and $68++ per person for Weekday Buffet Lunch and Dinner respectively. Diners will get to enjoy chef’s signatures such as Gravlax, Traditional Roast Turkey, Honey Studded Ham and a wide range of Christmas desserts, on top of the daily international buffet with fresh seafood on ice.
Winestone serves up its Noel Platter this Christmas, on 24 and 25 December 2018. Located beside Mercure Singapore on Stevens, the Noel Platter is available at $158++ and serves 3 to 4 persons. Indulge in menu highlights such as Foie Gras, Lobster Gelee with Avocado Mousse and Sea Urchin, and Côte De Boeuf.
Prefer to dine in the comfort of your own home? Fudebar cooks up Festive Takeaways that are available for self-collection at its outlet – located at the lobby of Mercure Singapore of Stevens – or delivered right at your doorstep.
Festive Takeaways include a 6kg Traditional Roast Turkey ($128), 7kg Honey Studded Gammon Ham ($88), 2kg Salmon Coulibiac ($98) and 5kg Roast Ribeye Beef ($98).
Takeaways are available till 31 December 2018 and all orders must be made at least 24 hours in advance. For deliveries, a charge of $30 per location applies, but complimentary delivery applies for orders $200 and above.

Homegrown cultural-culinary concept SPRMRKT heralds the holiday cheer right to your dining table with a convivial curation of takeaway Christmas that is sure to add that extra bit of joy and sparkle to the season.
One of the menu highlights is the Claypot Rice Roast Turkey ($128+). Chef-owner Joseph Yeo’s East-meets-West interpretation of the quintessential Christmas bird is generously stuffed with fragrant claypot rice, lap cheong (Chinese waxed sausage), shiitake mushrooms, and salted fish.
The menu also includes Traditional Roast Turkey ($128+), Roast Beef ($150+), Eggnog Bread Pudding ($38+) and a limited edition Christmas Chiffon Cake ($86+) –
