HALLELOO: Shangela Is Finally Coming To Singapore!

RuPaul’s Drag Race All Stars 3’s Diva, Shangela, will be making her debut in Singapore with her brand new show ‘Shangela is Shook’ next month on 12 December, 2018!

The drag performer is known for being the only contestant to compete on three separate seasons of the Emmy-award winning reality series RuPaul’s Drag Race – Seasons 2, 3, and All Stars 3).

Shangela: Red Lace — A native of Paris, Texas, the performer graduated with honours from Southern Methodist University and currently resides in Los Angeles.

Shangela – otherwise known as D.J. Pierce – has also guest starred as an actor on television shows such as Glee and X-Files, as well as in films including Hurricane Bianca, Kiss Me, Kill Me and A Star Is Born.

Having written smash hit Werqin Girl in 2012, Shangela has also performed alongside Miley Cyrus on the 2015 MTV Video Music Awards.

The megastar has attained many achievements over the years: he was named one of OUT Magazine’s “100 Most Compelling People” and was featured on Forbes for his drag management company Say What Entertainment in 2015. Most recently, Shangela was awarded the Rising Star Award by the LGBT Music Festival for his global contributions in performance and music.
